Greasy restaurant rags that local spots are too cheap to job out. Finally, this place is so terrible that they don't empty their coin bins regularly. If the bin is full, the machine doesn't accept more coins. More money? Nah, we don't care about that. It's our Bar Harbor Loss on the balance sheet.

I had decided before receiving her estimate that I would be completing the project on my own (moved into a tiny apartment from a BIG house and there are boxes everywhere.) NO WAY even the most accomplished cleaner, which I totally believe Sarah to be, could work under those conditions. I replied to Sarah's correspondence and estimate with the news, and she was completely gracious, letting me know to keep her contact info and to get in touch if I had any need in the future.
