One of the only places on the planet that ALWAYS makes me question my life choices to this point. Consistently dirty, so many machines out of order, restaurants and hotels doing washes that should be done in commercial laundries. Greasy restaurant rags that local spots are too cheap to job out. Finally, this place is so terrible that they don't empty their coin bins regularly. If the bin is full, the machine doesn't accept more coins. More money? Nah, we don't care about that. It's our Bar Harbor Loss on the balance sheet. read more

Machines do not work. Quarter dispensers out of order. You have to walk a mile to the bank to get quarters and then most machines will eat part or all of your money. Plan on it taking gheee times the rate to get the job done read more

Outrageous prices. We drove 20 minutes to Southwest Harbor Laundromat and it was a third of the price and machines were fast.

Clean laundromat with off street parking (we walked). Great location, we were there on a Sunday morning and during the wash cycle we walk down the block to a local farmers market. For the drying cycle we had time to walk down to the beach, down the street on the right which has the old hospital and at the end there is a walking path down to the shoreline. Súper clean self serve laundromat by the Bar Harbor Village. Machines are about $4 for a wash and .50 increments to dry. Lighting is bright and it is freshly painted and floored. There is a nice big folding table, plenty of rolling baskets and two coin machines that dispense quarters from bills up to $20! Laundromat is open 24/7 which is convenient. read more

This business was okay. The dryers were definitely not efficient, but they got the job done eventually. We chose this laundry for its proximity to a cafe, but the cafe was closed. read more

Got here at 6am on a Monday. Perfect time! Only a few people and very quiet machines. Wash is $4.00 and the drier starts with 6 minutes of drying for .50. Then you can add quarters for additional 6 minutes. There is s TV but it's not on and no wifi that I can tell. read more

Clean, well lit, safe. Lots of good quality machines that wash and dry fast. Change machine takes up to $20 bills and you use actual quarters in the machines and the supply vending machines, no need to faff with cards like some laundromats use which always ends up leaving money on the card I can't use. A small handful of the machines were out of order which isn't uncommon and the only thing preventing 5*. Highly recommend. read more

Extremely clean and efficient little laundromat. We travel full time, so we've seen many. The machines were a decent mix of sizes, if not on the smaller end of the spectrum, but they were very reasonably priced and worked well. There are a few seats inside. No frills laundry which is what I like. I'm not sure if there is WiFi in the area, but I did not see any listed as available. I'm pretty sure WiFi is available at Everyday Joe's, which you MUST checkout for a cup of coffee, or breakfast/lunch options. This is a diamond in the rough and I'd not hesitate to come back if we're traveling through the Acadia area again. read more

Depressing. Messy. Both machines to change for quarters were broken. The actual washers and dryers are fine. Bring lots of quarters as it is expensive. read more
