    Good service with good communication and knowledge. Knocked out an over the range microwave in no time. 10/10 will use Pro Venting again.

    This guys is amazing. We have been having issues with our air conditioner this whole summer (heat…read moredome 2024) gave us a time slot between 3pm-5pm. He sent my husband a text after 5:40pm saying he was an hour behind and I honestly didn't think he'd show up. I thought he'd reschedule for tomorrow. He was more than an hour late, and that's totally ok. We have had our AC serviced and even had all new duct work installed and no one ever pulled the back panels off our unit to see. Just a month ago another company came out and said we were low on refrigerant and we had to pay $600+ and all he said was "if that doesn't work we will have to take it all apart and weld some stuff in the coils or you're just going to have to get a new unit" the air doctor came and took the back part off, cleaned all of the sludge on it and now we know no one ever has done what he does. And now it's absolutely amazing. His level of professionalism, his dedication, his time and commitment to keep appointments in 105° heat! We don't want to use any other company again. A different company had come out and gave us an estimate, which seemed high, so Daerek was called out to reassess the job. This was a last-minute request, and Daerek's schedule was already full, but when he heard how long we'd been without air conditioning, he was at our house in no time. Within five minutes, Daerek pointed out that an expensive part that the other company wanted to replace actually wasn't bad at all. The part had been replaced last year by the previous company and was just out of warranty, so no doubt upselling was on their mind. Unlike the previous company, Daerek quickly identified the actual issues with the system and, although the work was going to be labor-intensive, in the attic, and it was right in the middle of the hottest part of a triple-digit day, he immediately set to work. Daerek was in the attic for almost two hours straight, running diagnostics, cleaning, and repairing our system. But he wasn't done. He also took care of some maintenance tasks on the outside unit, and recommended which types of filters to use, how often to change them, optimal temperature settings and what kind of cooling to expect with our system versus the climate, and answered every other question I had. Daerek is a consummate professional, extremely hard worker, patient, highly knowledgeable, and above all, trustworthy. From one tradesman to another, thank you Daerek for being one of the good guys out there.

    We had our heating and air conditioning go out and tried to contact a few different repair…read morecompanies with many unable to come out for weeks or not even get back to us. We contacted Comfort Now and were able to easily use their online chat. Once we officially set up the authorization, we were contacted and on our way to having someone show up to our house. Daniel showed up, masked up and he went to work on our unit. Daniel and Israel fixed our safety switch that was installed improperly by the previous company that installed our new unit. Israel also found that our return was not efficient enough for the size of our AC unit and Daniel went over the options to remedy the situation and financing. We are very happy with the quality of service and attention to detail that Daniel and Israel took in servicing our unit. We decided to sign up for their Comfort Care program to have our AC serviced annually and save on parts and services. We are pleased, have heat and we're going to be calling Comfort Now for all of our service needs. Thank you Daniel and Israel!

Our first experience in the spring was absolutely fantastic. The gentleman worked incredibly hard, and was very thorough In terms of reviewing the AC And all of the units inside. We decided to sign up for the yearly membership which was cheaper than calling them out on an individual basis. We just had our second appointment for the winter and it was a new gentleman, but he was equally as caring, intuitive and hard-working as the first gentleman. We've really been impressed with the service along with the quality and care from the company. They have been incredibly reliable for us. I highly recommend them!

I called first thing next morning the receptionist was Very professional asked a few questions explained what my warranty covered and what their price for a service call was. I expected het to say we can send someone out and give me a later date... but No! She said I have someone I can send right out. Within 45 min a service tech was at my door ( I didn't catch his name , my man dealt with the rest) But 20 min later he fixed the issue checked to make sure the rest of my unit was properly working and gone. I called initially at 7:30 am by 9:15 I was in my cool house. Thank you I will definitely refer to friends.

    I have used Noga's Air Conditioning for 35 years and have always been satisfied with the old…read moreowners. I guess they must have new owners now because their service and quality is very poor. I have several rentals and a home in Hanford and have used Noga's. in the last few years when I have called for repairs or service the technician has been wrong and overpriced. For instance, I called for an estimate to fix the heater on one of my rentals and was charged for two hours, the renter told me that the technician had only been there for maybe 45 minutes at the most. I called to complain but only got a rude response from the girl that took the call and didn't offer any compensation at all Add another time I called on another rental because it wasn't getting cool, but the air conditioner was working. The technician, Graig, told me that we needed to replace the ducking and it would be $1700 to replace it. My son got up in the attic and one of the ducks had come loose and he put duct tape around it and it was fixed for pennies. A third time I called for another rental and the technician named Greg. Replaced the thermostat. After using it a few times we couldn't see the numbers on the thermostat so I called Noga's back and they sent out the same technician and he said that he could see the numbers, but I explained to him that he's tall and you have to look directly into the thermostat to see the numbers, the thermostat was placed a little higher than most, but you should be able to see the numbers at any angle. The renters there are not tall people, and they could not see the numbers but He refused to change the thermostat or fix the problem he said as long as he could see it everything was good. Needless to say he charged me almost $300 to replace a thermostat. A few months Later, KCAO replaced the thermostat when they went to do weatherstripping on the home. Told me that that thermostat was not good. A couple of days ago I called Noga's because one of my rentals needs a new unit and thought I would get some kind of compensation because of the situations that had happened in the past. I told the receptionist about the situations that had happened to me in the past and she argued with me about every one of the complaints. . I would have thought that she would have offered me some kind of compensation in order to get the business of replacing the unit on my rental, by the way, this is the rental that they had gone to last year and given me a quote to fix the heater or replace the unit and charged me for two hours and we're only there 45 minutes at the most, needless to say, the excuses and arguments that I got from the girl or not acceptable and they lost a customer I went with California air-conditioning to replace my unit. I will not use Noga's anymore and do not recommend them

Also they other repairman from another company said the units were not installed properly, again, Noga did the installation. So we switched to another company and are satisfied. They came once and fixed the problem ONCE, unlike Noga. RUDE RUDE RUDE!
