He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. The windshield is 70% ceramic wrap, which gives it a slightly polarized effect that reduces glare while keeping the heat out. All other windows are 35% ceramic. The ceramic tint is definitely more expensive but it's worth it especially if your car is parked outside. I appreciate that Jose is always available to talk, responds back and takes his time going through all the options with us.
