He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. I told them to forget it, I was going to do business with them because I was referred to them but the experience was so bitter that I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. No people skills whatsoever tells me I need to walk back to put the top down on my car. I asked the simple question your technician doesn't know how to put the top down. The reply was no come back and put your top down.. My appointment was at 12:30 at 4 o'clock. My car still wasn't ready. They said they haven't started on it yet. It'll be another 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Finally I get my car back three days later the molding on the car flies off they didn't replace the snaps. They use the broken pieces and tried to glue the molding to it. Long story short I've been waiting over two weeks to have the piece replaced. They say it's on order when I said who did you order it from because Mazda said it takes a day they said we can't tell you it's ordered through corporate when I called corporate. they said it's ordered through the shop and then they hung up on me. Don't go near these people. Took 30 days to fix the problem which should have taken 3 days.

All other shops were quoting 7 to 10 days to finish making the windows and significantly higher prices (although their price included in trip visit to measure, remove and 2nd trip to install). If you know how to remove your window, this is the best priced place (ie pivot windows will come out of the window frame, so you can wash windows, you can Google it). Otherwise, Riviera glass in Englewood nj had 2nd best price. They are also very friendly and nice and helped me carry my windows to my car.
