Upon arrival to my in-laws, I saw that our tree situation had changed. The limb that was hanging had now fallen. Gregg and I agreed that it was an extremely small job and I knew that my husband and I could clean up the limb. But, my husband had another plan in mind. He wanted a pile of limbs in the back cleaned up along with the one in the front. So, he called Gregg back and told him what he wanted. They were priced competitively, took care of the permitting, and got the work done in a timely manner. Beyond that, they cleaned up after themselves and had our property looking immaculate afterwards. The crew cleaned up after the work was completed so that there was no dust or wood chips on our roof (and our neighbor's roof since they had to access the neighbor's property to fully take down the tree). Anyone visiting us the next day would've never known that we just had a giant tree cut down. There was some oil spillage on our paved alley/driveway from a chainsaw that broke while cutting down the tree, and Northside provided us with a free power wash to take care of the problem. Northside does excellent work and I recommend them if you need a tree taken down.
