    A Terrible tow company

I would not recommend this tow company to anybody. Went to pick up my vehicle they denied me and said "needs to be a "reputable company" and it's not "kosher". Then offered his buddy's company cause he doesn't have a roll back.

if I could give this company, a -1000 star review I would. They are evil crooks. The people who work for them, and the people who own the company. I will be contacting my lawyer, and get the entire business shut down as WELL as suing. Do not do business with these people nor support any shape or form. not only was my car damaged upon pick up, the people releasing my car were extremely rude and disrespectful. They illegally overcharged me, and except cash only which is extremely suspicious. they are unwarranted and I have never left a negative review in my life. F THIS COMPANY!

    David the a-hole

This is a disgraceful establishment. I spoke with David at the front desk, squirmy creep at the front desk. The minute I began asking questions that he didn't like about the fees they were charging my friend, he told me to "get the fuck out of the office before I call the cops". He refused to let me speak with someone else or speak with the owner Rick. I called to try and leave a voicemail and picked up the phone and hung up on me. This guy is vial and if you get easily offended by someone asking questions about the fees the business charges, this should be that upsetting where you feel the need to cuss at clients. Service was shit and despicable - an established that runs its business like this, it's called karma.

    Dispatcher? Worker With Pro Tow.

I'm Not Gonna Complain About The Service. They Did What They're Paid To Do. Tow Cars. It Was Obviously My Fault They Were Just Doing Their Job. Shit Situation, Handled. HOWEVER, I Will Absolutely Complain About This Man Here. He Was The Dispatcher Who Answered Our Call About Our Car And Was Just Very Uninterested/Rude. Went There Later That Morning When the Office Opened And The Guy Who Helped Us Was Super Sweet , Helpful , Joking Around With Us And Just An Overall Good Attitude. I Must've Either Put My License Down Or Never Received It At All, And Noticed It Was Missing After Business Hours. We Called The Tow Number , The Man In Picture Answered. We Explained what happened And If Someone Could Access The Office After Hours. He Said No, And That we Would Have to Wait Until Morning When The Office Would Be Opened. (They Send Someone Out There After Hours When They Try To Get Their Money Though.) So I Bit My Lip Again. Cant Always Have It Your Way, Rules Are Rules. So , I Called Up There The Following Day Once The Office Was Open. The Thing That Blew Me Over The Top, Was Me Calling And Once Again Having The SAME GUY ANSWER ( I know this is him because it's the same accent. Same smart remarks. And Rude. ) Ask Him If They Had My License Up There, He Asked For My Full Name , Put Me On Hold, Then Came Back To Say They Didnt Have It In The Office. I Then DROVE BACK UP TO THE TOW YARD. To My Surprise, THE SAME GUY IVE BEEN DEALING WITH Was Sitting At The Front Desk. I Ask If They Could Help Me Retrack My Steps Review Some Footage Or SOMETHING Because I Couldnt Find My License And That Was THE LAST Known Place For It. After Him Asking For My Full Name AND D.O.B He Proceeded To Tell Me That I Didn't Look Like The Person In The Picture. I Was Now Fuming And As He Was Starting To Say Something Smart Out His Mouth I Cut Him Off And Said "But It IS Me. That's My License. Same Person That JUST CALLED UP HERE ASKING IF YOU GUYS HAD IT AND SAID NO. But, Thank You, I Appreciate You." Deal With Anyone Else In This Facility If You Choose Them. But If You Happen To Get Him , Ask For Someone Else. His Customer Service And People Skills Is Just Absolute Shit. (took the photo Off someone else's review. Thankful They Took One. )

If you have the misfortune of dealing with the vile, dishonest and disgruntled old white men that inhabit the rat hole-in-the-wall headquarters of Pro Tow Beaverton please do not: 1. wonder why your car was towed away with you inside of it, asking them to stop touching your vehicle to begin with (this actually happened to me) 2. ask why it says "masks required" inside when none of them are wearing one (when asked about this the man behind the desk retorted "we don't have to, but I will keep my dog away from you so it doesn't get rabies") 3. be confused when each of the random swindlers their customer service number forwards you to tells you different business hours, amounts owed and wait times for them to get to their own "office" (I was told sarcastically by one man that they were closed to observe "Martin Luther King Day", then called back and was told by another man that they'd meet me in 1 hour) 4. go to their location without a friend or witness (the man who released my vehicle watched me from the other side of the street afterwards while smoking a cigarette, spitting on the ground and clearing his throat aggressively as I was helped by roadside assistance who stayed with me until he left out of concern for my safety) 5. wonder for a second if this is a legal, above-board operation full of decent human beings and whether there is any recourse for them since they're buddies with the local beaverton police Good luck and god bless all those who must deal with this "PROFESSIONAL towing company".

Motorcycle blocking the handicapped access to our car. Want to try to get a wheelchair between it and my car?

Pro Tow is contracted to tow illegally parked vehicles from our complex. Management specifically told us that to make a call we needed to print up our lease, have ID ready to prove we had control of the spot, then call them ourselves. Call Pro Tow, and was told that we would get a call when the driver was near, in about 40 minutes. Waited 1.5 hours, then called back. Was told they showed up, didn't see a problem, thought it would be really hard to remove the motorcycle, so just didn't bother to call us and left. Bob was the rudest person I've spoken to this year. I am a 61 year old disabled veteran. My wife is in a wheelchair. The motorcycle is clearly blocking wheelchair access to the car, and the spot is signed and painted as a handicapped parking place. I rent the space. So, some mouth breather wants a free parking space at my expense, and Bob here doesn't see a problem? Obviously, my experience shows that calling Pro Tow is a great way to be ignored, then disrespected if they think it's too hard to call you if they are confused.

BRIGHTSIDE IS TO BE TRUSTED FOR SURE!!! I contacted them late at night and I received a response almost immediately, they answered any questions I had no matter how stupid, quoted everything, and was so quick to get everything done. Bryan was very professional and respectful; he drove to my car, took the damaged tire so I didn't have to worry about it, FOUND A TIRE I NEEDED FOR MY BUDGET, and replaced it WITHOUT ME HAVING TO TOW MY CAR. And this all happened in the span of less than 2 hours (that includes him going to my car, taking off the wheel, going to a store that had my tire on inventory, come back, and put the new tires in). As a girl who doesn't know much about cars, there was never a time I felt that he was mansplaining anything but really just talked to me normally and I understood. He always had my car's best interest in mind and you literally cannot ask for more. I will 10000% call him for future services. And if you get stuck somewhere in Portland area, give Bryan a call and he will get to you without you having to tow!! Please don't be like me and fuck up your tire even more by driving on it while flat lol. I'm sure he coulda just patched it up if I didn't mess up my sidewall by driving on it flat (I was 5mins from home, ok?). Anyway, I'm yapping again bc I genuinely am grateful for Brightside Roadside Services.
