I had issues with my car for awhile , just couldn't quite fix it our selfs ( is the newer diesel technology in it) we were referred by my mother in law , who happened to know the owner from her college days and spoke highly of him. We called made an appointment, was able to drop the car off days prior to the appointment in case they could to it sooner ( since it had to be trailed ) very nice front desk guy upon drop off! Within 2 days we got a call, they had it fixed, and they wanted to drive it some more so they felt 100% it was going home perfect! Long story short, when picking up car , very nice gentleman at the front desk ( different one from before). I'm so beyond thankful for a shop and crew that is confident in their work! They are very fair with their prices to their customers, for the price we paid to fix my car I would have paid that over and over again! And Trust me I've had my fair share of bad shop experiences and mechanics/ businesses that really don't care about your vehicle and just want the money ... but this shop is 100% at your best interest! Had accident and got towed to hotel by C&D. They further stated that was the only way not to get charged for the tow. We decided not to let them tow our vehicle to the scrap yard, so they charged us $400 for the tow and stated that AAA would not cover. Of course, they would not release the vehicle until after we paid. They also talked down to us the whole time, as if we didn't know what we were doing. In the morning, we saw that the damage was all cosmetic and we simply drove the car home and repaired. Be aware.
