Andrew took the time to patiently explain the entire process, including how vehicle storage would work while we waited for a long-haul transporter. At pickup, he was professional, thorough, and organized. He documented everything with photos, reviewed all of the paperwork with me before loading the vehicles, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. What really stood out was his follow-through. He told us he would let us know when the vehicles were picked up by the long-haul carrier, and after two weeks in storage, he did exactly that. He reached out the same day they left, which allowed us to start tracking the cross-country transport with confidence. Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service from start to finish. If you're using SLO Tow, I highly recommend asking for Andrew!

Elijah came to my rescue today while I was stranded on the 99 heading home for the holidays…read more My car's fail safe was activated while I was driving in a 2-lane area of the freeway, there were barricades on either side of the lanes (no shoulders) and I couldn't reach a nearby exit before my car completely shut down. I created a huge amount of traffic, so I assumed that after contacting a local towing company, it would take a long time for them to get through the traffic and load my car. Elijah happened to be passing by in the traffic, and offered to help me off the freeway to wait for my tow truck. I was only 5 minutes from my car shop so he took me there before heading to his scheduled job. (We also coordinated with the tow truck that was originally called). Elijah definitely didn't need to step in, but he really went above and beyond to help out. He saw I was in need, and was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I was pretty shaken up about being on the freeway and he made me feel at ease. Highly recommend these guys. Good people. Thank you, Elijah!!

This time, I had an "A4 Service" message on my panel, so I looked for a local place other than the dealer, which is very inconvenient in SLO. Well, Yelp came to my rescue. That morning, I dropped it off, and John said it would be ready by 2pm. Well, before 2pm, i received a call that it could be picked up. Not only that, it was nearly a $100 lower than the estimate "...because it was checked, and wasn't needed"...wow. I love it. They were quick and responsive when my vehicle quit. Additionally, they were willing to take us the additional long distance home on their weekend. Thank You! Watch out for that company who had said they were booked up and couldnt service us for 2 to 3 days, but would only tow us in town and charge us for transport and storage. So we were stranded and AAA was going back and forth with our claim for hours while we were stuck.
