Andrew took the time to patiently explain the entire process, including how vehicle storage would work while we waited for a long-haul transporter. At pickup, he was professional, thorough, and organized. He documented everything with photos, reviewed all of the paperwork with me before loading the vehicles, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. What really stood out was his follow-through. He told us he would let us know when the vehicles were picked up by the long-haul carrier, and after two weeks in storage, he did exactly that. He reached out the same day they left, which allowed us to start tracking the cross-country transport with confidence.
