I called for an appointed and Asher got me on the schedule within a couple of days. Upon arrival Asher and Brett went right to work on my 50 year old VW and found a hidden leak in the break line, they were very thorough and double checked everything. Brett did a fantastic job and had every specialized tool needed to complete the job! They even checked and reset my tire pressures for me. When I returned for a refund, they tried to deflect blame by claiming my car had a 'leak'--despite the car running perfectly for years until they touched it. Furthermore, they completely ignored the fact that my front brakes are shaking and grinding, choosing to push a 'cloggy coolant' upsell instead of addressing a major safety issue. I was eventually refunded, but only after standing my ground. If you are a woman or a loyal customer, be warned: they are now prioritizing sales quotas over honest work and vehicle safety.
