I paid 120 plus dollars on parts debit not credit to do exhaust system and we asked if there's things we don't use need or open can I bring it back up. He's like oh yea no problem at all. So I bring them up he scans reciept and days I'm all good I did where's my money you can either pay me cash back or put it to my card. He never asked and sent it out to some other card which was a guy with me who I already paid to do the job and all the parts and then tells me the money will show up to 72 hrs in like I didn't pay credit this is debit same as cash and if that was the case he should have told me or sent it to the card of my choosing. Not to someone else so instead of talking to me or settling the problem he secretly called the cops who weren't going to come but one was by and did or said nothing. Needless to say I have to now play a waiting game for my money on there mistake while the guy was beyond unprofessional or sneaky. My days with autozone are done especially with the sneaky cop cars and other worker telling me he's lying. That's at corunna rd and the pos guy is the white heavy set guy acting as the wanna be manager and key holder. Please do better autozone and communicate so screwing people and taking us for granted. Time to take all business else where my family my car people and all of us car sales man are going elsewhere it's not our first rodeo

I came back and they were really really busy and Dom was not there but Anthony made sure that it was taken care of, knowing the severity of wear on the old filter being so bad they made sure to make it happen. While waiting patiently I witnessed Anthony being extremely professional with customers who were not really pleasant and he did so very well. He was very personable with the customers joking around with them and creating a great experience! I was thinking big he offered oil change at the time I wanted rust proofing. So today I'm cashing in the oil change and they gave me some grief and said there was no record! What I'm so unhappy about when I came here for the freebie they wanted to charge me 90$ to undo a zip tie that holds my block heater cord to the frame of the truck! Requested a loaner. No loaner vehicle due GM's chip shortage. I explained to the service advisor I couldn't be without my vehicle. For that long. If your planning on serving your vehicle, my recommendations is to go to another dealership for your warranty service and any other services. Anyone outside Flint area for your service needs. No one offered any other transportation needs. I moved here last year for Las Vegas I have a RAM 1500 and if I needed service the dealership provide and loaner or a rental vehicle for the time my vehicle was being worked on.
