Was given prompt instructions for an appointment at 12 today; one hour later,no call, no show and no response as to why they are running late. Was even given a text confirmation earlier in the morning to be at my residence at 12. Kind of rude and inconsiderate when some of us have to use planning and have a supervisors approval to take time off of work way in advance. Any other job, if you are a no call/no show, you typically get fired. Don't know what kind of men Shay Davis and Brian Richmond are, but this reflects poorly on their business and reputations. In July of 2021, we had a water filter installed by ProStar to eliminate an acidic issue causing a blue film to adhere to our fixtures. This system did not work. The wrong filter was installed. This year, we decided to have a different plumber fix the issue. A different type of filter has been installed to eliminate our issue. Wasted money. read more

Avoid this unprofessional operation. The owner quoted me on a large commercial job, and my GC moved forward with his bid. Half way through the job, he begins complaining he didn't have the right specs even though we sent him everything over. When we asked him if the fixtures looked fine he responded "yeah looks fine". Then he begins to ask for more money because he didn't do his research to see what the job actually involved. (Nor did he ever set foot on the job site). Then he tries to increase the original bid by $4k without ever telling anyone or submitting a change order. He completely stopped communicating and has been sending me bills with late fees. Shay and Brian were very prompt and efficient at dealing with a major problem within our restaurant durning one of our busiest seasons. When you got toilet issues inside of a restaurant, hearing someone tell you that it may be tomorrow before they can arrive is not something you wanna hear when your bathrooms aren't accessible. Pro-Star Plumbing arrived within hours to address our issues, solve, and provide inexpensive suggestions to remedy possible issues in the future. They even help clean up the site upon completion, something hard to find being done these days. I hired him and he is the worst plumber and charged me almost twice as much as others I took a chance when he finally finished working on the pipes in the bathroom they all leaked and my bathroom was flooded the next day I called to get him to fix it and he was extremely rude and said it's not true then telling me to go fuck myself not professional!!
