This place is really quite amazing - I thought she was taking me to a gym, but this is far more then a gym. They have PT, OT, MT as well as some of the best gym equipment I've seen. The class - well it was full of women - I was the only man in the class - other then the instructor "Joe". She didn't tell me it was an hour long class either - I workout 30 minutes a day - every day! An hour of this class had me pumped up, sweaty and knowing I'd be sore a bit the next day, which I was! I cannot comment on the price because I went as a free guest, but I'm sure it is worth the money. The place is very clean, the wide range of services is unlike any place I've been, the staff are extremely friendly, professional and they know what they are talking about. Whether you need PT, PT, MT or just some time on the equipment - this is the place to be! When I return to Hazleton - rest assure I'll be going there again and hopefully be able to give an update!

The first thing I noticed when walking in the door was NO odor in the air. The lobby appears as though it's undergoing a renovation. The staff was very friendly and most people went out of their way to greet us. The woman giving us the tour seemed very knowledgable and friendly, which was nice. We had an opportunity to speak to some other residents who had nothing but good things to say. I felt the need to ask about the food. We were happy to hear that they just hired two new chefs. Several residents told me the food here is very good and they kitchen is very accommodating. Good to know as I'm a foodie! The facility was clean and nicely landscaped outside. They have a nice courtyard in the middle that is easily accessible. My wife and I found the rooms to be spacious and clean. Some rooms have a nice view of the courtyard...nice touch. I was also told the resident rooms will be renovated in the coming year. Overall, we were very satisfied and feel it will be an excellent fit.

I had no complaints about the doctor or the staff personally, at first,they were polite and they…read moredid good work, however, they are complete scam artists when it comes to billing. I paid for the cost of having a crown re-cemented upfront, which was $250. They told me they would submit the claim to my insurance and, if the insurance covered the claim, they would reimburse me for what I paid up front. Well, Humana paid the entire bill in full in December 2024. So I went there Jan 2nd and asked them to reimburse me. They said they would "send me a check". Two weeks later, I still had not received the check so I called back to ask where it was. They told me that they were working on it and they would get it to me soon. Their office is simply up the road from me about 10 miles so it shouldn't take two weeks to get me a check. They said "oh they were sorry "but they didn't send the check yet and they would "get on it right away " and they would send it out by the end of the week. Two weeks after that, I called back again because I still hadn't received it, and I was given the same answer. Well, three weeks ADDITIONAL later , I still don't have the check. Total of eight weeks now since I was seen there and after they received payment from me AND and the insurance company ---both in full. So I went back to the office in person on February 11, 2025, to ask them if they could simply credit my credit card that I used to pay the bill when I was there the first time. The same credit card machine is still sitting there on the desk, but for some reason, they don't know how to process a refunder to the original card that I used ?? Never heard of such a thing in my life. I used to do this myself on a daily basis so I know it can be done. The office manager behind the desk said she was unable to do that. Why??? She then said she had to consult with the Doctor Who was in the back working on a patient. When she came back, she said "we don't keep checks in the office "and you'll have to come back tomorrow. We open at 8 AM and we'll be here all day . There was a patient sitting there waiting her turn for an appointment and she witnessed this and thought that it was very unusual as well. I asked the office manager why she couldn't simply process a credit to my credit card and she said she was "simply taking orders from the doctor ". Huh? ???? I've been very sick with an upper respiratory virus for the past three weeks and I'm not supposed to be outside at all. I'm supposed to be in bed resting. This is not a inconvenience to me, it is causing me health issues to have to run out in the cold weather because people refuse to do their damn job.. So, I'm going back again today and they had better give me my money TODAY or they're going to end up in court and having their license revoked for billing fraud. I've already contacted PA Attorney General's office and I have alerted Humana to unethical billing practices by this dentist. I was told by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office to give them three chances to pay me and then after that, I should file a formal complaint. I have now given them five chances to pay me and they still continue to give me the runaround. This is the last time I'm dealing with this. I'm fully prepared to process my formal complaint if I do not receive payment today. Be warned!! before you go to visit any provider Gather your insurance information together and make sure that they're going to cover the bill BEFORE you pay out-of-pocket! I had authorization for my insurance company, but they insisted on me paying upfront and being reimbursed. This is a practice that needs to be outlawed. FYI: File a complaint with the Attorney General's Health Care Section by: Calling - 1-877-888-4877, mailing in a PDF or submitting an ONLINE Complaint.

He also gave AMAZING directions (although I use GPS) his extra help made navigation easy to beautiful West Hazleton. Dr Lynn is very kind and compassionate. She didn't rush me out of the office either. She patiently offered a solution to what is ailing me. This is a first for me - "Re-treatment" on a root canal. I'm set up to go back in January for my appointment. She is highly recommended. Her staff is very kind and comforting too. Plus the office isn't far from me in relationship to nearly everything else. I'm confident in her abilities and treatment plan for my aching tooth.
