In our opinion.....and how we' see these issues... Scripts…read morenot sent to pharmacy for days. Multiple requests from pharmacy to office and phone calls by patient directly to office. Staff denies getting 2 of 3 requests after faxed by pharmacist. Request home visit. Staff does not call back with answers after days of waiting. Circumvents care givers. Doctor dose not listen to or allow care giver or family to interject or explain in further detail during or after speaking to patient, even after it is brought to his attention that the patient is not relaying correct information to him. Definitely would not recommend this office or doctor.

Not very knowledgeable about psych meds yet hands them out like pez candy. Bad labs came back and they never called to tell me! I had to find or ask for referral for specialists, etc. Billing is a diEaster- you can't make heads or tails out of your bill etc. worst office I have ever seen! He still uses paper charts & half the time your scripts aren't called in the same day!!!! totally out of date and out of touch!!!

This office is completely ridiculous. At the time my four month old baby was sick and they needed…read moreher urine. The nurses told the nurse the cathider wouldnt fit but she tried to force it anyways. my child was screaming and there was a small amount of blood. we made them stop. My daughters privates was swollen and bruised for days. Due to this the office got mad that we made them stop and the refused to see my children. Now because of them i have an insurance that I cannot use and a sick eight month old child. The refuse to see my children even at the ER.

I had an mri done their.They sent my Dr the results and they were unreadable,causing me to make…read moreanother appt for an mri at another location.The tech was to busy being Mr jovial than paying attention to putting a line in my arm for the procedure.Another tech had to do it in my other arm.Plus the room is right next to the cafeteria.Tacky.I had another mri dome at the hospitals radiology clinic at another location.Guess what? After waiting for my Dr to call me with the results after a week, I found out that he never received them.I called and they referred me to the records dept to have them faxed to my dr.Nighmare!!!

Arrived around 6:15 it's now 9 o clock haven't been seen there's only me and one other person in a…read moredark waiting room no one has check on us not a single person has looked at my issue it's amazing to know that emergency rooms are completely useless for people who travel for work and don't have any other options because I can either sleep to work in the morning or go to the emergency room
