Westside Medical was going to charge $250 just to come and look at the broken recliner that they sold us 14 months ago for $3200! I said sure, and it reduced the price by 50%, great customer service. I didn't know to do this! I'd like to start off by stating there are some good employees at this pharmacy, however the…read moreless-than-desirable ones sadly seem to constitute the majority. For the aforementioned employees that leave much to be desired, one could almost believe they took the following trainings for their position: 1) How to sound patronizing, 2a) How not admit fault/take responsibility 2b) How to displace blame 3) How to make it sound like they are going out of the way doing YOU a favor (um, has anyone told you it's YOUR JOB?) The cherry on top? (Not a deal breaker, but still!) The pharmacy blasts the most abrasive hold music you'll ever hear, interrupted constantly by a recording of a woman apologizing OVER and OVER for the wait and insisting that all their employees are busy helping others. Every time I call, I am on hold for around 2-5 minutes. I don't mind holding. But I do under these circumstances. It makes me want to scream and throw my phone against the wall. How high is your threshold of tolerance for smooth jazz and the same repetitive interruption saying the same thing over and over again every 30 seconds? EVERY 30 seconds, one gets their hopes up thinking just maybe it's a real human picking up to help you, but no, it's that annoying recorded woman apologizing profusely again. I have given this pharmacy a few months to redeem itself but disappointingly have been let down consistently at least 75% of the time. One last aside: On a more serious note, when I first started using this pharmacy, I regrettably even had to report them for unethical and illegal conduct I experienced not once, not twice, but three times. In that instance, I truly hope they didn't know any better and it was a product of poor training. I should've heeded that red flag in the beginning and gone elsewhere sooner. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. I am happy to share this hasn't happened again since I filed the report.

After diagnosis I was given a voice of CPAP providers and I selected YOURCARE in Penfield. I chose what I felt was best for me and she told me how much to expect to pay at machine pickup and what future payments would be. She also let me know timelines for when to expect the Machines in. I was expecting a much longer wait but by Mindy preparing me for a back order situation, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it came in. I went in to get fitted and schooled on the workings of it and it was very quick and helpful. All in all a great experience!

This store, however, was a breath of fresh air thanks to Lissette! She immediately came over to offer us her help when we arrived, something that didn't happen at all at the Eastview store. After making sure other customers were taken care of, she helped me by recommending products based on my needs and product discontinuations, gave me a sample to try for a new product she thought I would like, and matched my skin to a product I needed. Her positive, open, and knowledgeable demeanor was everything we could have asked for in a Sephora store. They have a great selection of hair here, and I've never had any issues finding something to match my color. If costume jewelry is your thing, they have that too. The best part, it's super inexpensive so you can walk out of there with a handful of things and not worry about breaking the bank. They also have shoes, and a ton of hair styling tools and products. For a first time visit, the store can be overwhelming but once you walk around once or twice you'll see that there's a method to the madness and it's actually pretty well organized. If you get totally lost, there's usually a staff member available to help and they're pretty friendly. See a wig you like? They'll actually help you try it on (they actually prefer that you don't do it yourself). If you're not quite sure on which color of hair to get to match your own, they can also help you find the best one.
