I left a poor review for their office after my mother died, we had a communication issue that resulted in me being over-emotional and blaming them. I'd like to set that straight here and provide a thorough review of my experience with this business over the years - emotion free.
I'll add that Dr. Reddy reached out to me after that issue, apologized for whatever happened with the office, and assured me he would continue to treat me if I came in, which I did, and I am so happy that I did. (read on)

The Office:
In reference to poor reviews - Scheduling mishaps happen, and sometimes people have bad days. In my experience, they right all wrongs.
At the end of the day - it's a business that provides a service, and no business operates with perfection. However, in my experience, this office operates more professionally and with more care than others I have gone to. I have never been dissatisfied with the actual service I've received.
I will note that if you want to reach the Arlington Heights staff, make sure you use the correct contact info. I find that if I schedule or make contact with a different location I end up having issues.
However, if you call their office directly, the AH office, they are incredible and I do not have any issues here ever.

The Doctor:
More importantly, no office issues would ever cause me to re-consider the actual treatment I'm receiving from Dr. Reddy. I would put up with quite a lot of front desk shenanigans if it meant continuing treatment with Dr. Reddy, who doubles as a real human person - if you don't know what I mean, be grateful.
He is wildly intelligent, knowledgable, and understanding of nuance and complexity within his specific field/clientele.
I do not believe he treats individuals "cookie cutter" style because my experience has absolutely not been 'average' and he has not skipped a beat with helping me move forward, adjust things, or out-right change something.
He's the type that will be beneficial for someone who truly wants to change. However, I think he's a bad bet if you're not willing to do what needs to be done, or are unwilling to take the steps required to begin/continue treatment with him. He's too smart for BS and I believe this is what makes him such an incredible asset. If you're truly trying to make behavioral changes, he will provide incredible care in this case - per my experience.

The Result:
Dr. Reddy, both directly and indirectly, has helped move me from a dead-end job, due largely to my 'issues' affecting my ability to perform to my potential. I lacked motivation and I had a healthy amount of self-hatred. I had a horribly dysfunctional marriage, my sleep was bad and I was not exercising anymore (something I have done for many years without pause). I was also not being the father that I desperately wanted to be. All around - unhappy.
- I now manage a mid-large company here in Chicago, with a dozen employees under me.
- My marriage is wonderful, our communication is open and often. (Dr. Reddy brought my wife into my treatment briefly to help keep me accountable, which inadvertently helped us become more invested in each other overall).
- My daughter has loved having a much healthier version of her father, I have the energy to go play and run around and I'm more present psychologically to invest in her personal growth and development.
- I'm able, and have the energy/motivation, to be in the gym 5 hours/week again without fail.
Not to say he magically fixed my life, but he has been a mostly constant part of my life over the years. The rough periods over these years have been the periods I wasn't seeing Dr. Reddy, but improvements began immediately upon resuming treatment when I came to my senses. I absolutely attribute the majority of the large-life-changes I've experienced over the years to his care, commitment to my success, and his specific personality type.
I'll reiterate, it did take 3 years for me to get here. These types of personality flaws, behavioral changes, etc, take time.
He may not have fixed my life, but he did provide me with more than enough treatment/advice/planning to succeed IF I followed through.
He did not provide me with the opportunities that changed my life, but he provided me with myself back, and with that, I've been able to take hold of those opportunities with confidence & clarity, resulting in success.

Bottom line:
I don't think my life would look anything like it does right now, had it not been for Dr. Reddy & his team. Period.
