I was dealing with an autoimmune disorder, and for years, I can pledge that she is a very kind, good doctor, with good knowledge. I can see she is also knowledgeable in diet and natural healing. The negative comments are either from competition or people who love to criticize, no matter what. Or have some clinical imbalance. She is very busy, because people like it. Most of her patients have been with her for years. Dr. and her staff are always professional. During the time of COVID-19, I was hospitalized for three days. I realized her office did not accept my new insurance. Dr. Shanchuk, without pay, would take care of me for 3 days to make sure I was in good hands. Just because she was my doctor for so long. My adult son loves her, too. Speaks very highly of her knowledge and professionalism. All this can be verified. So, I have no idea how someone can write bad comments about her. No one asked me to write these comments. I just happened to read all comments, and I could not believe.

I liked Dr. Crawford a lot, but when we started taking her to the office visits, we ended up seeing Dr. Mehta and she has seen our daughter since then. I never felt judged as a new parent, she was always very nice from the beginning and she told us her honest opinion, every time. I think a lot of parents, especially new parents, can't handle the truth and feel the need to get defensive. She never pushed me, as a new mom, to do anything I didn't feel comfortable. For example, when I TRIED like crazy to breastfeed my daughter (1st child) and didn't work, she encouraged me to try to pump and give her formula, because my mental health was more important and this decision made me take care of my child properly, otherwise I would have been stressed the whole time and wouldn't enjoy my child. People are difficult, especially when they have their 1st child; if something goes wrong, it's everyone else's fault but theirs. We saw each and everyone of the doctors and nurses and medical assistants; they always introduced themselves to us. People have to understand, it's a busy practice and you're not the only one there. If they don't introduce themselves to you, don't take it personally. They see hundreds of kids and parents every day.

When I tried to ask questions about serious side effects from a prescribed medication, I was spoken to rudely and even yelled at. I've personally known someone who died from complications due to medication side effects, so I take this seriously. I called the office seven times trying to get a safer alternative, and each time I was either ignored, misunderstood, or given another medication with severe side effects. Instead of showing concern, they made me feel like a burden for simply wanting treatment that won't put my health at risk -- especially considering my age and medical history. I was brought to tears by how I was treated. I am absolutely done with this office and will never return. It's clear that they prioritize speed over safety, do not take individual risks or age into account, and have no interest in genuinely communicating with or supporting their patients.

Please bear with me as I explain the history leading up to our interaction w/Dr Park. As 2022…read morecomes to a close we have so many things to be grateful for. 2022 was a very tough year for my wife and I in so many ways. She had many health issues that required hospitalization on 3 or 4 occasions. The main cause was diverticulitis & UTI's that kept reoccurring & causing severe infection & pain. It became apparent that the diverticulitis wasn't going to just go away. As is the case during her last hospitalization there were so many interns, residents, doctors & specialists that came to see my wife in the process of determining the issues & what the best course of action would be. It's very frustrating having everyone & everything coming into her room. All the specialists urologists, radiologists, infection control doctors & colon surgeons (Dr Park). Dr Park is a very knowledgeable, likable & personable doctor that took the time to explain what needed to be done to prevent the continuing bouts w/diverticulitis. He said surgery should be done to prevent these reoccurring bouts. He performed the surgery back in November of 2022 & as of this date April 12 2023 there haven't been any reoccurring bouts with my wife's diverticulitis. Thank you Dr Park for a great job. We are both very grateful that things have returned to normal.

I waited an hour for my visit and expressed my urgency for another appointment I had and they still wanted to charge me a $25 late fee. I understand patients take longer and may need more time, I was willing to reschedule. Doctors were nice.
