He gave me two ways of framing and quotes for art glass and regular glass--no pressure to buy, just giving us the information. I appreciate that he wanted to give us options that were in our budget. I chose a floating mat and maple frame with an inch border around, and the price was more than reasonable. He completed the framing in 3 business days (!) and even helped us carry it to the car. The most impressive thing is that Eric remembers every person's art piece, without even needing to look it up. It's a personal touch that I found remarkable, compared to other shops I've been to (which were prohibitively expensive). The shop does also showcase Eric's own work which is really cool!
