Once my girlfriend called her a second after I've been trying for hours and she picked it up. Then I got her on the phone and confronted her, but she had her excusess... If you talk to her and see her she looks the perfect lady you can trust. But that's not the case. She just ignores you after she is done and if you like her job - you are ok, but if you don't - just forget about it and take the loss! I've spend $1,400.00 and now I'm very unhappy every time I'm in my living room! My money went into the drain and there is nothing I can do, because it passed more than a month and I can't cancel the check. If you ever use her - make her sign contract (which I was stupid not to do it) and never pay her the 2nd half of the money until you get what you wanted. I never thought that relaxed southern business woman will treat her customers this way, but I guess I was naive. I would never recommend her because of her work ethics!

The owner is knowledgeable, personable, and a huge fan of art, and it shows in his work. I came in with an oversized art print (30x40) and an idea of how I wanted it framed. He gave me two ways of framing and quotes for art glass and regular glass--no pressure to buy, just giving us the information. I appreciate that he wanted to give us options that were in our budget. I chose a floating mat and maple frame with an inch border around, and the price was more than reasonable. He completed the framing in 3 business days (!) and even helped us carry it to the car. The most impressive thing is that Eric remembers every person's art piece, without even needing to look it up. It's a personal touch that I found remarkable, compared to other shops I've been to (which were prohibitively expensive). The shop does also showcase Eric's own work which is really cool! All in all, I would trust Eric with framing any keepsakes or cherished art that you may have.

So I went in to get a customized sign made and it only cost me $20 for a sign that wasn't metal but yet with the covering and how it's made it's weatherproof. This is an ideal sign for me since this one will be on my porch. If you're dealing with an HOA find out the rules and guidelines as it pertains to the covenants before you attempt to put anything in your yard. However you can still find a loophole within that to post your sign if need be. They will have your sign ready by the next day.
