i went here for my standard nail services, a fill in with a french manicure, on 10.30.09. they were very busy, but was helped immediately. i dont remember my nail tech's name (she had a daisy tattoo on her left wrist) did an above average & extremely fast job (i was in and out in less than a half hour). but she did not have that great of people skills...very short when i asked her to file them a certain way & that i wanted airbrushed tips, instead of painted ones.... but the thing that drew me in there was the $15 fill in price. for that cheap? ill deal with the not so nice employees.... read more

I came in with my daughter and first thing, my daughter was asking if they have a certain color, they both looked at her & said absolutely nothing. both the people that did our nails were so rude, so rough & impolite. She didn't listen to what I want at all & the guy that did my daughters nails gave her a rough time. I will not be coming back. The lady did not listen to anything I was telling her to do. My nails look like a little kids art project read more

I needed a mani and my fav salon isn't open Sunday, so I came here. Big mistake. Stay away from this salon. Horrible service, rude employees, and shoddy work. Had a simple manicure and couldn't even tell. Cuticles still looked bad the next day. I couldn't even understand the technician who was wearing a thick mask over her mouth, and sounded very muffled. They barely can communicate. If you want to relax and walk out with a manicure you're happy with and that lasts, do not come here. Instead, you'll be annoyed with all the chatter between employees, their rude service, and subpar quality. The place looks messy and dirty. I can't believe they can afford the rent inside the mall and to boot they're next to Nordstrom. Definitely not "pros!" read more

Nasty. Filthy. Foul. Shame on me for being is a rush and trying to get a quick mani/pedi while on break from work.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Since that is not an option I'm giving it one star, However they don't even deserve that. I am in a wheelchair and they were not very accommodating at all. I asked for a manicure and they told me because my hand is fisted do to my disability that a manicure would be difficult. So I asked for a polish change. The polish change was eight dollars come when I was finished they tried to charge me the full price for a manicure, I said no that I was only going to pay the eight dollars that was for the polish change. Not only did they try to overcharge me They made fun of me. NEVER going back! read more

They did such a terrible job. My friend asked for a full set and she started giving him a regular manicure. He told her he didn't want that and she slapped his hand and continued doing the manicure. My nails are full set and all of the shapes and sizes are different. read more

I would give this business zero stars if I could. I have been here two times, and both times I have disapointed. I had Lynn do a pedicure and she cut my nails so short and uneven and cut the nails BELOW THE cuticle so it is very painful to walk. Before that I worked with another employee and she painted part of the nailpolish on the skin. My advice is save your money and avoid this place altogether. read more

This was my very first nail salon I have ever been to. I wasn't too into getting my nails done and the first time I got acrylics they turned out fine. Plain and simple, no design. I then came back a few months later for my prom nails with my boyfriend. He got a clean up and I got acrylics put back on. I asked for a crescent moon design from a man probably in his mid thirties. He took awhile and the time was not worth it. THE PAINTING WAS TERRIBLE! He put 3 chunky coats and a lousy line above my cuticles as the design- it was also uneven. Being the soft-spoken girl I am, I never said anything. Paid him without tipped and walked out teary eyed. I got home and showed my sister. She insisted on me going back and asking for a new paint job. She called and they remembered me by my 6' 4" boyfriend and were OK with getting my nails redone. I came in and they sat me down with the SAME guy! That's when I finally said something. I told them I definitely did not want him to work on my nails again. The lady said that he'd just take off my nail polish. It was really awkward having to sit there and tell him I was unsatisfied with his work. I was then seated with Lucy, the manager of the store. She was working on me and another customer. She was the best there- so I heard. My nail design turned out alright I guess. Definitely better than last time. About 3 weeks later, I was in desperate need of a fill-in and since I was going out of town for a music festival I thought it would be okay to go ProNails. I don't know the name of this guy but he saw that I was in a rush and quickly filled in my nails and filed them down with no problem. He did an awesome job. Only took 20 minutes! As my nails were growing out, I saw something dark green, almost black, between my actual nail and the acrylic. I would try to pick it out and I finally got so irritated I took off my acrylic... revealing a green stain with some flakey nail thing?? I don't know how to explain it but I googled it and it turned out to be fungus!! GROSS. I read that you get that form the uncleanliness of the shop. Their shop was pretty dirty. Never again getting my nails done there. I now go to "XANADU NAILS" near the Infinity dealer. They're so kind and friendly, they have a super clean and nice shop with the same prices. read more

I've only been to one other nail salon so it's the only place I can compare it to. The other salon made me bleed and cut my cuticles so short that it stung for days. This salon was really good at not hurting me. When he got out the tools I got nervous, I can not handle pain at all, but when he cut my cuticles I didn't feel a thing. He wasn't friendly, but he wasn't rude either, he was emotionless I would say. I wasn't very pleased with his techniques tho. The reason I don't go to salons often is because I'm very good at nails, hairs, makeup, and fashion. The reason I went to one today is because I was feeling a little extra glam and I'm not very good with my left hand when it comes to harder designs. I asked for a butterfly or a bow, but he insisted I got a flower. It was cute, but it was so easy I could have done it myself, left handed too. If you're getting paid, I feel you should know all the designs read more

For years, I would pass by this place from and to Nordstrom. Decided to give them a try because the place was always packed, so I thought they must be good. Although the guy that did my nails did a good job, I am not pleased by the service or the lack of cleaning. The staff is not friendly. He did not say a word to me other than to pick a color, and he kept pushing me for a pedicure which I did not want and finely had to tell him to stop asking because I don't want one. I was seated at a table that was so beat up, and looked like it needed a good scrub. The guy that did my nails did not clean the tools he used on me before he put them back in the drawer so I can only assume he didn't clean them prior to me sitting down at his table, nor did I see any other techs clean their tools after they were done. As I was waiting for my nails to dry, I watched a tech finish up doing a pedicure. The tech did not clean the tub. She just wiped it down with a towel. I don't care how great my nails looked, the simple fact that this place does not clean their tools or tubs is just disgusting, and is a risk to the public's health. read more

I brought my wife here and the entire experience was absolutely tremendous. I forgot to ask for his name, but the gentleman that was helping us provided an all-around excellent experience. I highly recommend this establishment! read more

The place is small but they do good work. It's nothing special but the prices are very comparable with other places and they are quick and good at getting you in and out. I don't get my nails done just pedicures (not polish) I can see someone making it a regular place to go to. read more

It's a very uncomfortable place to be for service. The employee kept referring to me as an "American" and how we do everything wrong. There was a male client near me expressing a small request and the female employee laughed and laughed at him and said "Don't you worry, Il'll take care of you." In a ridiculing way. read more

No actually I haven't experienced better but this place is average. I've been to every nail salon in the Mall and this place is the best but that ain't saying much. I never been impressed with any nail salon. The staffs are universally rude. My visit today at Pro Nails was for a mani-pedi. My manicure tech was rude. He rolled his eyes right in my face when I objected to the square shape he filed my nails into. I loath square nails, they look like spatulas and break easy. I'm still not happy with the shape of my nails. I paid for the service before he painted my nails and apparently I tip well because he got real nice then. The pedicure tech was real "sweet" I tipped before he began. Well, I tipped well and improved my service but that is the last time that salon will get my tips and business. If they had started out nice the tips would have been bigger. Too bad, their loss. read more

I went in for a no chip manicure and my lady was very pleasant and quick. Horrible. Lady cut my daughter's finger, covered the cut with clear polish and still charged full price- no apology. Then there is the creepy guy with the 3 foot hair coming out of his mole. Ya gotta pay him to get out the front door. This place is like a bad neighborhood. Stay away. read more

Do not get your nails done here! It is dirty! It was disgusting! The towel had fingernail clippings on it! Also, it took the lady forever to take off my gel polish! She couldn't understand how I wanted my nails shaped and left nail polish on my cuticles. After she was done, 1 hour and 15 minutes later, she wanted to try to use the drill to get the polish off! 5 days later my polish is coming off and my nails have cracked! read more

Tonight was my first and last time I will ever go here. They charged me 5$ to take off my nail polish. I was getting a pink and white full set, whenever i get this i like the white part to be pretty thick, so i asked the lady if she could make them thick. She showed me the first one she did and i said i wanted them thicker, and she said it wouldn't look good. They're MY nails that I'M paying for. The place was also filthy. read more

NEVER NEVER use this place. They were rude and did POOR work. They missed the end of my daughter's nail and sent her to the drying table. She asked them to fix her nail and they responded,"what did you do to it,be more careful." They asked if she wanted her eyebrows waxed, she said no, they told her," you need it." They had me soak my finger nails...while soaking my nails dirt got under my nails (from their water bowl)...they NEVER cleaned it out. I will NEVER go there again and I will DEFINITELY tell others not to go. There is another nail salon in the Mall. I will try them next time. This post requires a rating....1 star is AWFUL....I wanted to give them 0 stars. They are below AWFUL. read more

The person I used to get my nails done from another place moved away and I have been worried about finding another person to do my nails the way I like. This place is awesome. Yes, its decor is outdated ( who cares) and yes its in a mall... but the nail techs do a great job. Hong is always who I try to go to, but I have had to go to other techs and I have always been happy. I have never seen them use a dirty sponge or not clean a tub. Maybe they have improved their cleaning but since I have been going, its always nice and clean. Who cares what sort of clothes someone was wearing when they did your nails!? Seriosuly? These techs work their butts off- this place is always packed. I love this place so check it out. Ask for Hong if you can- she is sweet, professional, cute as a button, and an amazing nail tech Only negative- you cant tip on a debit/credit card. Only cash- but oh well, not that big a deal read more

Great if your looking for a quick manicure for a good price. I wouldn't say to expect a lot of luxury, but it gets the job done. I'm acually really surprised with how many bad review are on here. But my experience was great. It was nice relaxing. I got a mani and pedi for 34$. I went as a walk in, & they took me as soon as I got there. I am only giving 4 stars but the reason for the minus 1 star is the women doing my nails knew absolutely no English, the water temp for pedicure was super hott, & the towel they put on ur long was soooooo hot! read more

Do not go there. I went there on Friday. I had the gentleman do my nails. He was mean, rude and cut my finger. He kept looking at his watch and the people coming in and not on me. He went so fast that my nails burned from the buffer going so fast. Please don't waste your money or your time, it isn't worth it as well as your nails. I will never go there again. read more

do NOT go here. i went here three times, the first two times everything was alright and dandy! the third time, though, no. i went to get a full set done which they have set for 26$ , but then my sister and I went to get my dad to pay for us and they tried to charge us like 100 or something stupid like that for gel nails after i told my stylist NO to gel. her response was, "just have your dad pay for it," so horrible service and very rude workers. i told her multiple times i didnt want gel and she still asked us to pay for it, we refused so they ended up just charging us what we asked for but it took about 10 minutes of arguing for them to do it . read more

i had to wait for 30 min before i was seen by someone, even though i called ahead and booked an appointment prior to arrival. I was there for a reg mani-pedi. My pedicure was rushed and the dirt under my nails was left for me to keep. My manicure was a joke! My nails are all different lengths and the color part... oh boy! Its all over my finders.. i might as well dip my fingers into nail polish. Also, the clear coat on top was so thick, that it all bubbled up and just looks like ass. What happened to having a relaxing experience in salons?? I got out -$40 + bad nails. read more

The first time I went here, the main girl at the front gave me a fill with painted french tips. I was very satisfied, especially with how quick she did it. She was very nice and gave me her card but I missplaced it and can't recall her name. When I came back the next time, she seated me at a younger guy's chair. He didn't do that well of a job in filling my nails - my nails weren't consistent lengths and the acrylic was very bumpy across the bed - but I didn't want to be annoying so I let him continue. I asked him to paint on french tips but none of them were consistent either in size, and they generally looked bad. I was on my lunch break so I had to get back to work but I came back later and asked the girl at the front for them to be fixed. She had me sit at the same guy's chair. With a lot of my help, he redid my tips so they looked okay. I tipped him again because I felt bad. I came back AGAIN hoping my last experience was a fluke. Big mistake. She seated me at the same younger guy's chair. My nails were filled very poorly again. I didn't say anything about the nailbeds, but when he went to paint on my tips, I was more upfront with how I wanted them done so he wouldn't have to redo them. Didn't work, they looked like a child painted them. When I pointed these out, he told me he could not arch the tip, that it had to be a very straight line or I had to get them airbrushed. What? I asked him if he was joking because even I am capable of painting on arched tips on myself. He wasn't. I asked if there was someone else that could (since the main girl did for me once) and he very rudely told me no because everyone else was busy. I had him remove the polish and asked for my money back. He said he could only give me $5 (the $5 extra for a french). I took it and left. He's lucky the main girl was away from her seat while I walked out. Very disappointing, I'm used to much better customer service from nail salons so I will never return. If you MUST go to this salon, be sure to avoid the younger guy in the middle. read more

I stopped at this place to get my Pedi done, the lady who did my nails firstly filled my nails too short, my toes looked horrible. After that was done I asked the receptionist If they did Half legs waxing and she said yes she will do it, it was the same lady that did my pedi was going to do my waxing too!! I went with her in the back of the shop she said take a seat and started taking out her tools, mind u it's a chair behind a curtain like how unprofessional I said is there a room? She said no this is it, she started anyway and because I was 8 months pregnant I didn't want to drive around looking for another place to do it. She started waxing and believe me she had no skills what's so ever, she peeled my skin of several times called another staff member to help her and then on top started yelling in her language to some other staff member, I was so annoyed and felt like I was getting my waxing down in some really cheap place when I could have easily afford to just go somewhere nice! I than Told her to stop because my legs were burning, she said fine but u pay me in full, despite her ruining my legs she demanded a full charge! I was disgraced. I paid and she turned her face and walked off! How rude! Worst ever place for anything to be honest!! 1 weeks post to my waxing my skins burnt and has purple marks and scab all over them. I have been going to pro nails off and on for about 2o years. It has really gone down hill with service and quality. I went the other evening 6:15. I said I wanted a pedicure and no chip manicure. They were not busy The man who took care of me was rough. He pulled my feet and pushed them hard to his benefit. I can't explain how terrible he treated me. Then asked twice wAs I getting a no chip mani. After putting a top coat on my toes he stood up grabbed my hands and filed the polish put cotton and pink clips on the fingers. He kept bouncing my hands so the fingers stood downward then poured out he remover over all my fingers do the cotton would get wet. My fingers were burning from all the remover. I am a nurse and had just worked another 9 hour day. Relaxing soothing not. Then the nail girl did not match the toes I told her so she put s different color on top. The polish on my thumbs bubbled. I sent an email the next morning and never got an answer. Went back to get the nails redone. They looked at me like I was nuts. I never am one to complain. The color he now applied did not match even though that guy said it did. 60 dollars never again. read more

I have been to this salon a few times and I always question myself why I come back. Pretty much every person there is not careful and does not put in the extra effort to make your nails look nice. They are constantly rushing and make you feel very uncomfortable. The place is not clean and their polish is old and dried out. I asked the lady to clean up my nails after she polished them and she got pissed off and was very disrespectful. It takes awhile for me to get upset or become dissatisfied, but this time I am not coming back. I would rather pay a few more dollars and feel appreciated and enjoy a clean, comfortable atmosphere. read more

DONT BOTHER GOING HERE! if i could give this place negative stars i really would! I was extremely disappointed with the service and the jerk who did my daughters nails. I came from out of town for a special occasion and what my daughter and I got was a design that could have been drawn better by kindergartner. $22 for a daisy and manicure that lasted one day isn't worth it. Plus the witch who did my daughters nails was rude as h--- and did a piss poor job with the flowers in her nails and it had to be redone. So ridiculous. I would of rather gone to a more expensive place and paid twice as much then to EVER go here again. read more
