After I'm already in the chair I find out the beautician didn't know how to give me one nor had she ever heard of them. Instead of trying to find out, she sent me out the door with a perm that looked worse than my 3rd grade nightmares. It took approximately four hr. of sheer torture. The perm was so tight I was afraid my hair would fall out with the rods. She cut my hair too, so if Rick can fix this mess I will let you know.
