This was my first time visiting this. Poor excuse for a nail salon. Now, if you are a woman of color please spend your money somewhere else. I love the way they act like. They can't understand anything that you're saying until it's time to pay. Then they can hear and understand you.And they would have the nerves to be prejudiced being second class. Citizens but yet they want to treat people of color different. Please do not spend your money here. I wasted $47 and my time poor service, poor customer service, a lack of empathy or understanding of what I was trying to relay simply ignored me while I was trying to receive service. Continue to stare at me . Please don't spend your money at this establishment if you are a person of color or anyone with dignity? Have been going to Nick Nails for years even though I don't like the owners attitude. Always over looked it. Went in a few days before my birthday/anniversary to get my nails done. I always get gel nail polish on my natural nails. The owner acts like I don't spend enough money. A few days before my birthday I called and ask was Stephen going to be available and do I need to make an appointment with him. I was told no. I go in on the day I was told he would be there. He wasn't there. Then the owner has me sit down and begins doing my nails. I let him know I want them all even out the same. He tells me I don't need them even. Then makes my real nails very week. I go home and two nails broke the same day. Now I have 4 nails broke. Thank you for making my nails look like for my 50th birthday and 10th wedding anniversary. I will not be back. You thought if you messed my nails up I would have to come back and spend more money. Well I'm am going to have to spend more money to get my nails done for my father in law funeral but it will not be at your shop. I will never come back. read more

If you or someone you know are thinking about getting nails done. Then go see my girl Hanna. She is so talented and makes you feel like a queen everytime you go see her. The rest of the staff is pretty awesome too. It is family friendly, so you can take the kids and not worry about the kiddos hearing or seeing anything that they shouldn't. Just an awesome place to go get your nails done. I have been going to Hanna for almost 2 years now every 2 weeks and she has became almost like family. Just good at what she does. Go give her a try. Don't ask for anything out of the ordinary he will tell you it costs too much money and if you try to add anything like a glitter nail or matte finish he will tell you no. If you want a salon where you can get what you want this is not the salon for you. read more

If I could I would rate lower, they were extremely rude to me. They had headphones in and I asked to change my color before he had even done 2 fingers and he got mad. My nails look very bad, they have dents because he kept shoving my hands farther back into the UV light. When I was finished he didn't say anything to me he went on the next person so, I didn't know if he was done. I would never recommend going to Nick's Nails, go to Le Nails or Pro Nails instead. read more

One thing I dislike is someone telling me how I want my nails to look especially when they do a shit job of doing nails. No base coat on my toenails, rube when i asked to have a manicure bc there was a line forming in the shop. I wouldn't go as far as calling this place a salon, is a glorified polish center. Nick, I presume obviously doesn't like to be asked questions about the "service" he's preforming. He grunts, yes grunts like a old man that's pissy about having to do a job. DO NOT GO HERE! He is nasty and talks about the patrons as if we were deaf. You'll have better luck going to Walmart right next door and buying everything you need and do your own nails. My mother was charged a extra $15 for cutting her cuticles that was supposed to be a manicure. If there were a negative star rating that is what I would give this place.
