The woman who did my nails was fast and efficient and paid close attention to detail. She didn't talk much but that was fine with me. She did exactly what I requested and exceeded my expectations. You'll understand how ridiculous that is when you see the length of my hair. This place was not only unprofessional and overpriced but it also came with extra facetious behaviors from the stylists. I always get gel nail polish on my natural nails. The owner acts like I don't spend enough money. A few days before my birthday I called and ask was Stephen going to be available and do I need to make an appointment with him. I was told no. I go in on the day I was told he would be there. He wasn't there. Then the owner has me sit down and begins doing my nails. I let him know I want them all even out the same. He tells me I don't need them even. Then makes my real nails very week. I go home and two nails broke the same day. Now I have 4 nails broke. Thank you for making my nails look like for my 50th birthday and 10th wedding anniversary. I will not be back. You thought if you messed my nails up I would have to come back and spend more money. Well I'm am going to have to spend more money to get my nails done for my father in law funeral but it will not be at your shop. I will never come back.
