Just left there shop it was the worst experience I have ever had the woman burned me they are crooked and thick and bumpy. I now have to go somewhere else and have them removed and a new set put on. I don't recommend this shop. read more

I treat myself to a little pampering MAYBE once or twice a year so I was really excited to get a pedicure. It's my turn, and I got to the wall of polish but am told no, I needed to sit down and they'd bring me polish choices. I again said I wanted to look and told I needed to sit down. The lady cut my toes 3 times, to the point I was bleeding. She does 3 toes and I tell her it's a lot darker than I had picked out. Told I was wrong and when she added the glitter it'd be right. She starts the 2nd coat and I again say it's too dark and told no, it's the same. When she'd done I say AGAIN too dark and told it'll look different in the sun. She had to CUT the polish off where she painted it onto my toe so it doesn't lay flat. Then I'm told the polish I chose (because they wouldn't let me pick regular polish) would be $10 more. We tried Dexter and Cape Girardeau and none were as good as this place. They can get very busy but definitely worth the wait. We both get compliments all the time. They are good! read more

Went for a basic pedi and a fill. Cost me $62 because I was charged $23extra for gel polish on my toes and hands. Excessive! Felt like they need to tell you what the extras cost. Very deceiving won't be back! read more

Long wait to even sit in chairs. You have to sit on a towel on chairs. Tools do not look sanitary. The person doing my pedicure grabbed a nail clipper out of someone else's work area and did not clean it. it Might have already been sanitized, but did not look like it. He coughed on my feet multiple times and did not even apologize or attempt to cover the coughs. The nail file was obviously used before, it had nail dust on it already. Difficult to understand. The massage was good, no complaints there. My jeans I rolled up got soaked. Did not push back my cuticles or anything besides cut them sloppy . nails by themselves look good but he asked me to go to a different chair and started adding rhinestones of which i didn't ask for. He did two different designs of rhinestones, which i didn't ask for either. Overall, i would not recommend or go there again. read more

I was humiliated!!! I have a mild case of cerebral palsy I was told very rudely to relax my hand ! I tried to explain that I couldn't, keep in mind my hand was NOT drawing up or anything just a little stiff, but once attention was drawn to me & I got embarrassed & uncomfortable then I started to have some SLIGHT muscle spasms. She was so rude she loudly & hatefully told me that if I did not stop & relax my hand she would not continue to do the manicure!! Anyone with any type of disability knows that the last thing we want is for someone to draw attention to it !!! This was one of my biggest fears of getting a manicure !! I wanted to crawl in a hole !!! Never again!! I understand that there are language barriers but this was inexcusable!!!! I pray that if a child came to her with this circumstance she would react with a little bit of decency!! I will NEVER come back here again & will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! Respect & compassion are priceless but there is none of that here !! Take my advice unless your are willing to be treated like a second class unworthy person stay away!! I left in tears !! I am a 60 year old woman you would think I would be used to this type of thing as I have dealt with this all my life, but it ALWAYS hurts !!! read more
