I enjoyed my service. First time here and they were kind. I showed a couple pics for inspiration and she copied every detail which was nice but I wish they had a little more creativity as an artist and the confidence to put her own spin on it. She also didn't apply any cuticle oil or any lotion on my hands after AT ALL which i feel is a nice finishing touch instead of leaving with dry hands especially after tipping almost $40. Yes!! I love this place! It is my go to nail spot every few weeks. I have had my nails done by multiple people & every time it is great. I usually come in for a mani pedi & I even brought my mom in one time & she loved it too. It is so nice that you can make reservations online & they do a fantastic job of staying on schedule. I do basic dip but I have seen them doing some really cool designs in there. Everyone is super sweet and you get a drink during your pedicure (try the vietnamese coffee!) The vibe is so cute. I absolutely loved the way my nails were done thats why this is hard to say. However, when somebody is continuously late when you make an appointment I don't appreciate it. My time is valuable also and as a loyal customer, I would think that would be important to the business as well. The other problem I had was the price changed every time I went. It was never the same, but I got pretty much the same service every time. I mean, you should, at least make sure you're charging your regulars the same price every time and on top of it I would tip $15 every time. Its just not worth it to me anymore. read more

It saddens me to even make this post but I got my toes done by them in November. I remember my right toe burning during the acrylic process but I didn't think anything of it. The nails were cute! They lasted really long but I started noticing green/brown under the acrylic toe only (big toes). So finally after them being on for a good month or so the big toe finally chipped off.... What was under that nail was actually disgusting. Never in my life have I for one ever got fungus from a nail salon but for two seen something so gross on my nail. When I tell you my toe nail is fully gone, when I took the nail off there was excess water build up under the nail the nail smelled sooo bad it was pussing and my actual nail was dead so it came right off it was bleeding and the smell again was horrific. I'm very disappointed and scared my toe nail is never going to grow back. And on top of that, the urgent care so it now has staph infection and I'm not sure how to go about this but I am genuinely upset & disgusted. read more

Adding an update - the owner, Jenny, reached out to me via text but did not address me being cut and my blood contaminating the polish, which is concerning. I understand they did a fill even though I twice clarified I wanted the acrylics off, and she explained why a fill was faster, but not addressing me actively bleeding during my manicure and as I left is not alright. I responded a 30 mins later she said she was going to respond to my sanitary concerns but was dealing with a customer. She then walked me through what they do to disinfect their products... I forgot to leave a review here so ill do it now: I've been to this salon a couple of times and initially had good experiences, but my last visit was extremely disappointing. The nail technician repeatedly made unnecessary comments about my toes, even after I acknowledged that it had been a while since my last pedicure. Instead of moving on, she continued to bring it up in a way of making fun of me, making me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of other clients. The service itself was ok compared to my previous visits. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. You problably select and choose who receive good service from you, really bad vibe. I come here every 3 weeks for my gel manicure. I've never had an issue with the gel chipping, which I've dealt with at other salons. Not only is everyone super nice but they're very accommodating to fit people in. Also the forearm/hand massage after the manicure is 10/10. read more

Making an appointment online was really easy, as was rescheduling online! The staff are all very nice and welcoming. I opted to get the tropical pedicure and absolutely loved it. My pedicurist gave me a wonderful massage on my legs and feet. They provided me with water and tea too which is always an appreciated touch. Great price point, definitely worth it. I really wanted to like this place and both times I've gone here, it's been super disappointing. However, this most recent time, I was treated horribly by Jenny and it was really uncalled for. Jenny painted my toe nails and the salon is rather dim so I couldn't see how badly she painted it until I got home. I immediately called and Bella answered, told me to come back. When I came back, Jenny immediately kept saying it's because I had BLACK NAILS and that is why the nails look that way. She said that 4 times, and argued with me (by this time, people in the salon were staring), and then Jenny yelled something in a different language and rolled her eyes at me and told me to sit down. Honestly she was so mean, I couldn't believe someone treated me that way over a nail polish job. It's really disappointing because Bella is so sweet, and her kids are so nice. However, no one stepped in to tell Jenny to not yell (especially when I was just trying to have her redo THREE of the nails). I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Good place for a quick unplanned full set. I drive 30 minutes to my nail salon usually but periodically I randomly book a place closer to me just to see.... Sunny Nails and spa in Santee is still the best I've ever had. This place is two minutes away from my house. I deducted one cause the pedicure guy had bad energy and kept shaking his head no. I get it. My nails were bad but come on, dude. Fix them and one cause I have white spray all over the tops of my hands from the ombré and it was 30$ combined more than my other place but overall they did a good job!
