I've been coming here for 5 years & they always give the best service! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Mimi & Henry & the rest of the staff are so welcoming & ensure my nails are what I asked for.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They last for 3-4 weeks, I've even been able to push it to 5 weeks if I don't have time to go sooner! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bonus points for the complimentary drinks they always offer too!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
I used to come here years ago and always had great service and experience however my last two visits I feel like the work has not been as clean as it used to be to. It's over priced and messy work it's so disappointing because [[HIGHLIGHT]]staff is always very kind[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] but $100-150 for nails plus pedi and for the work to be messy.. yeah I won't be back unfortunately/: thankfully from a distance it don't look too bad but of course when I look up close it's just messy work that is not worth $60 for a fill and gel. The last set was a French tip and yes they charge extra for French meanwhile the lining was terrible. Not sure what happened to the old workers but these new ones are inexperienced and very slow.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Friendly quick service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Walked in two pedicures less than than 10 minutes we were seated and offered drinks.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have different type of pedicure packages, I got the lavender (with gel) and my friend did orange (one up from Basic). It was quiet and relaxing environment with comfortable chairs that give you massage; I almost fell asleep during my massage portion. I can see the place being crowded during a busy time, parking can get busy but there's enough around the building.

I came in last minute for a gel pedi for the first time at this location. It had been months since my last pedi, so I knew whoever was going to do mine, had a tough job coming their way. Worst experience in a nail salon I've had in ages. I called to make an appt for an acrylic overlay with design And a gel pedicure. Long story short , neither of the ladies who serviced me knew what they were doing. My acrylic overlay was super thick . I had acrylic all on my cuticles . I had to stop my original nail tech from continuing because the acrylic started to burn me. She then calls over another nail tech to fix it. And she does what she can but it's still not good. The lady doing my pedicure barely did anything that's included in the pedicure package. I had to opt out on the gel polish because after seeing the first application she did , it looked like a toddler did it , I knew I didn't want to pay $15 extra for a bad GEL pedicure when the pedicure itself was mediocre. I paid almost $100 for a mediocre pedicure with no polish. And nails that look like bad dentures.
Every technician here is kind, but Kathy & Lee are amazing. Very attentive to detail. I have been coming here since 2021 and they are great for the military girls as far as keeping nail length within regs.

This nail salon has plenty of employees so you're rarely waiting. I went in here for the first time for a pedicure and a gel fill. I used to do acrylic powder on my natural nails. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Employee here explained that builder gel x would be the healthiest option. She spent a lot of time taking off my old powder and I appreciated her explaining the product.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was told that builder gel lasts much longer and won't lift. Unfortunately, 2 of my nails lifted within 2 days. I then went back about 3 days later because another 4 were lifting. I believe it's because a thick enough layer wasn't originally put on. Aside from this, the experience was great, they offer champagne or water and are very attentive. Clean as well!

Apple nail and Spa was awesome brought a family of five. I called and told them we were in our way. It was my wife and I and three kids everyone was very kind. I said she muttered in English "spoiled white girl" just enough for my daughter to hear and after I left my seat. Finding a nail salon where you get consistently great service and quality work can be very difficult to find. Apple Nails has been my only go to nail salon for 8+ years. I am never disappointed in their services. The effort and care they all put into making sure you have the best experience and service possible in unmatched in my opinion. Henry & Mimi are my absolute favorite to have do my nails. Henry did this new cats eye color on me today and I love it! It was my first time trying cats eye and I am in love. It is stunning. The pictures don't even do it justice. Emily always give me the best pedicures & massages, and is just the sweetest person. Everyone here is fantastic though! Went here just yesterday to get a pedicure and just walked in well more greeted to come in it was a slow day for them so they were excited to see my friend and I. They instantly offered us beverages and already had our chairs ready for us too. I wanted a gel French pedicure and my girl Kathy was able to do the job , I suffer from little to none pinky toe nail and she really accomplished what I wanted . Mimi does a great job. She could stand to be a bit more gentle, but overall the powder manicure is excellent, and the best I've been able to find in the year I spent in San Diego. Why not 5 stars? They take appointments but don't honor them. I have literally never showed up to an appointment and not had to wait at least 15 min, and sometimes as long as 30. Why even bother taking appointments? I also just never got the warm fuzzies here. My nail tech back home still texts me once in a while to wish me a happy holiday etc, and now that I'm moving back, her and her husband (who I have also met) are taking me to brunch w their kids. At Apple Nail, I feel like every time I walked through the door, there was a blank stare of "who the heck are you?" I spent 6 months tipping $20 on a $45 manicure so I'm not sure where I went wrong. read more
