Needed nails done for senior photos; First off it's so uncomfortable in there. It feels cramped inside the shop itself. showed exact photo I wanted, not only did the guy shape my nails completely opposite of what the photo described, he continued to half ass do the design. i've been here before, i know only one other nail tech. other said nail tech attempted to fix what was wrong; but ultimately had to completely redo my design. I paid 70$ for these. After getting my nails initially done, I will say I paid and left like things were normal. Not even 10 minutes go by and I come back to ask them to just take the nails off. I did not want to injure myself trying to take them off myself, i'm assuming this lady was the owner, because she immediately told the guy no and something about how i paid for my nails and that should've been it. The lady was extremely rude and after i heard her disagree, i wanted to leave but the guy who did my nails pressured me to stay so he could fix it. My nail beds are now extremely damaged from coming here, considering i was coming every other week and sometimes 2 weeks. I am scared to go get my nails done from another place in Jackson because not only was it overpriced, i was treated awfully. read more

1st timer, came in for basic pedicure and my daughter received a full set & toes painted. I was talked into getting a refill and repair by my pedicure tech. The pedicurist was rough. The skin on my toe was snagged during the pedicure. When I informed the tech of the pain, she placed my foot in the soaking water, which made my toe injury sting worst . They did not do my refill and pedi at the same time. Gel refill was $40. The work was sloppy. My daughter's nails were so thin and bendable, that one popped off with 1 hour of leaving. And my pet peeve: they move my belongings around, which is not a problem, but she sat my denim designer purse on the floor . positive: they got us in a chair immediately and they use liners in their pedicure bowls. I wish there were more reviews and prices available for me to review before I sat in their chair. I do not recommend nor will I be back. read more

My cousin and I both got acrylic sets and all of our nails are crooked, the designs they did are awful. I paid $60 for the worst set of nails I've ever gotten. WILL NOT EVER GO BACK HORRIBLE!!! read more

I thought the service was good and timely. My only complaint is kind of a big one.... I got a gel manicure, and normally, gel lasts me 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, when I got gel from Pro Nails, it only lasted 6 days before the gel started chipping and peeling off. I won't be going back :( read more

I have used everyone there and no matter who I get, they are very professional. I always get pedicure and manicure. I made a 5pm appointment here to get tips for my sister's wedding. When I arrived ten minutes before my appointment time, it seemed like a typical nail salon. I was asked to sit and wait. Which I did. For an hour. When a tech was finally available, she told me that they didn't do evening appointments, despite me calling in advance and the receptionist even calling me back to confirm my time. The tech then started to apply the nails without doing anything to my nails first and without asking me what I wanted them to look like. She cut the tips uneven and barely filed them. I had to ask her three times to straighten up the edge. When she applied the acrylic, she was very messy and ended up getting a lot under my nails. I wasn't satisfied with my nails, but I was late for dinner plans and had to leave. A week later, my nails were lifting so terribly I had to paint over them to avoid just having to remove them.
