Don't tell potential customers you have availability for appointments when you don't! We have been here for over 50 minutes and still no one has touched my daughter's nails. People have schedules to keep and count on the times of appointments being upheld. Ridiculous. Also, incredibly unkept. I had to move a used water bottle and stuffed animal off my seat for a pedi. Money still on the arm rest with Oreos and veggie straws. Gross. Pedi wasn't great, wasn't terrible. Would save this place as your last resort. read more

Poor experience here. I came in wanting a gel manicure. Once sitting at my station, I asked to get my nails cut and shaped. My nail technician proceeded not to trim or shape my nails. He started doing dip on my nails and when I expressed I wanted gel, he got upset and said I should just do dip. I said maybe next time but that I wanted gel today. When cutting my cuticles, he made me bleed. For $35, I would have much rather saved the money and painted them myself which is basically all I got done as he didn't cut or shape my nails. I stopped in to this nail salon yesterday thinking I'd get a quick pedi while waiting to meet a friend for lunch. Not living in Columbia anymore I didn't think to look up the reviews. After the typical upsell I agreed to also replace my gel polish on my hands. The same tech did both. I ended up bleeding from both my toe and my thumb. She was ridiculously rough, and unapologetic. I picked a color. She added some sort of confetti to it without asking, and my nails on my hands aren't even filed straight. Don't do it. There's a reason there were no customers in there. read more

I've been here many times any time i call my usual guy knows my voice.... he listens to exactly what I want and does that for me... i use to get pink and white solar nails but once he learned dip acrylic (in pink and white mind you) he suggested it and even let me try it at my normal price point. Worst pedicure ever. Woman barely touched by feet, didn't bother getting dead skin off of heels, but rubbed salt scrub into my calves and shins for about 10 minutes each. The burning was real. Then she didn't bother rinsing thoroughly. The nails weren't cut well. The polish job was awful. And the television blared news the entire time. Lots of bad news didn't make the experience better. Place is incredibly dirty. Same equipment is used on every person, with no sterilization of tools. There's dead skin and nail shavings all over the equipment, lamps, seats, manicure tables and floor. The technicians simply brush all the nail shavings and dust from using the electric nail filers on the floor. Nothing is cleaned prior to new guest. One of the technicians brought their very sick child with them. He had snot running out of his nose and proceeded to touch everything at the tables/pedicure stations and proceeded to stand next to patrons getting nails done, asking for help with his IPad. TV on with bad news, no music, no water offered, no typical manicure hand massage, lotions or cuticle removal. Never have I had a manicure where that's not done. Not a relaxing experience one looks for when getting nails done. I can't believe this place is allowed to be in business. And when I asked for them to repaint it they tried to charge me for it. $20 extra because it was gel even though it wasn't the color I asked for. In addition, they shorted me on services on the pedicure. They did not give a foot massage or clean under the nail bed. I hope I don't get an infection! This place is dirty and I can't even believe I stayed after several things went wrong from the beginning. Pretty sure they are color blind because I wanted gel nails and toe color to match (not gel)... and the color they picked out was red vs dark maroon. Luckily I stopped her and basically had to find my own color that matched (while they all spoke in different language to each other pretty sure cussing me). Then the guy tore the crap out of my cuticle making it bleed and said oh sorry cuticles sensitive! No s*** Sherlock ! Isn't there some department that checks on cleanliness of these places? My pedicure was very quick and there was absolutely no attention to detail. I pointed out dead skin and my unruly cuticles multiple times and she did not do a good job of cleaning up whatsoever. The nail polish application was terrible. I had nail polish on the skin around my toes and it was applied very thickly. I would not recommend this place and I will not be returning. read more

Went for dip powder on nails. Service was ok and they were accommodating. Nails kept breaking though and last time the nail broke pretty far down and hurt, so I just figured it wasn't for me due to being too rough on them. Went in to get removed and just said I wanted to give my nails a break and go back to natural nails. Owner treated me horribly. Refused to remove my polish and put me with their worst manicurist. Took an hour and 45 minutes to remove polish and she cut my skin three times trying to give me a manicure on what was left of my nails. Still hadn't even removed the old dip polish after soaking and scraping for over an hour! One of the other male manicurists felt sorry for me, took over, and finished the manicure after finally removing what was left of the dip polish. I went in at 11 when there was only one other customer in salon, and finally left right before 1PM. Many other customers came and went while I was being tortured. Being a broke college student I wanted to go somewhere on the cheaper side to get my nails done. I got a full acrylic set with gel polish and it turned out pretty decent for the fact it was $38 in total, versus other places I have gone where it was anywhere from $50-$70. I do not remember her name but it started with an L and she did a fast, but efficient job. Overall, the atmosphere of the place was alright and their work area was pretty dirty since it seems that they do not change their towels in between costumers. If you're looking for a cheaper place to get your nails done definitely come here, but if you want cleanliness, I would suggest searching somewhere else. read more

It's dirty and their work is mediocre at best. The owner is rude and they literally do the opposite of what you ask them to do.. I made it clear that I did not want a shape to my regular short French tip acrylics. The owner told me it would be ugly if I didn't get a shape but I stuck by what I originally said. No shape! What does he do? Give me coffin shape nails LOL. What should have been around $25 turned into $33. On top of that they are ugly! I never leave reviews and I know nothing will get done. First - Know that this isn't a salon spa of the "river song" "Kelani" "massage envy" caliber. Go in there knowing this. Don't expect a $100 pedicure and then be upset that you got a $20 pedicure. Second - the people working here are extremely hardworking, welcoming, kind, and friendly .... So long as you are also kind and respectful to them (as you should be). Third - you will get quality work for your money. If you want them to spend more time on your foot massage or soak, go when they are not uber busy and they will be happy to accommodate you. Fourth (and lastly) - if you are unhappy with your service, even days or a week later, then speak up. They are very good about fixing any issues that may come up with your mani/pedi at no charge. I've been to this place a few times since moving to town. Each time, it is less clean than the last. Today will likely be my last trip here. Everyone is nice. My gel manicure and regular pedicure look fine--not awful, not spectacular. I just can't handle the run down, dirty look of a place that does my nails. I got my nails done here for the first time and I was not impressed one bit. The guy doing my nails was judging me for wanting gel on my real nails, continuously asked me if I was sure I didn't want acrylic, questioned why I wanted light pink on my nails, etc... when using the sharp tool to clip the skin around the nail bed, he was looking away a lot of time and made me bleed on two different fingers. It took him several minutes to even notice. He then continued to paint over dried blood on my nails. Will never go here again. read more

There was a long wait. The pedicure was okay. But the acrylic full set I got was pretty bad. I asked for coffin shape and they ended up like partially rounded on the edges. Not to mention that she didn't do a great job at painting my nails. I really wanted ombré but they didn't know how to do that there. The sides weren't painted all of the way. She kept cutting the side of my nails with the Dremel. However, she saw that it was bleeding and continued to use the same nail filer that everyone else would be using after me! I wouldn't go back. I don't like how he was selectively nice, it didn't sit right with me. The acrylics were sloppy. When he filed my nail, some of my cuticle and the skin around my nail lifted so I had hang nails and he left them like that. He also talked badly about varsity nails, who I happen to love. I am the last person to ever post a review ... but as a nail tech ... I came here because I'm new to Columbia ... and I just wanted my nails done. The day I came in I was happy they were nice and friendly to me and talked to me the whole time. The first two days of dip will always look flawless until it starts growing out .. 3 days later and I'm currently sitting soaking 5 nails off because the dip was lifting and breaking my real nails under. So I told him what was going on but he told e it's because of my nails being too thin. Again , I am a nail tech I've find dip on so many people with PAPER THIN NAILS and they never have a lifting problem . None of there nails ever broke unless they were hard on them . So he's literally trying to break my damn real nail off under the dip on one finger and I mad him stop then he had the damn audacity to ask me do I want to just glue it . Like what ! Then they use this metal drill tip that's sharp on my real nail even when there's barely dip on it. Usually people soak it and it come all the way off not drill it off and if it's thick enough they would but not when it's on the real nail. They don't even use no damn sanding bit . I've never seen such shitty service . And you know what I even gave him a 10$ tip even after a shitty job . And my nails are still crooked as hell . I gave up . Listen to the bad reviews guys they are not good but just got some money . And you know what I'm not picky what's so ever but I'm am pissed . And so is he but at this point I don't give a damn . I used to love Pro Nail but I recently had a horrible experience. I broke one of my acrylic nails so I came in to have if replaced & for a polish change. The nail tech seemed uninterested and seemed to put no care into my nails. She cut my cuticle and somehow the nail she replaced ended up being flat & slightly curved inward. She didn't bother to get all the old polish off my nails and smeared it on my hands and when she painted my nails she got polish every where and only sort of cleaned it up. First the decor- well, there is none. It was also kind of damp feeling. The pedicure wasn't bad, the lady did a pretty good job. When the guy did my nails, one of my acrylic nails were separating from my real nail - so he just slipped one of those fake tips in between my nail and the acrylic and RIPPED it off! I walked into the place, and almost turned around and walked out--it just looked/felt unclean! But I was new to the area, desperately needed a pedicure, and nowhere else was open. So, I stayed. The lady who did my toes actually did a good job. It was a bit rushed (it was busy in there), but she whipped out that pedicure like nobody's business! It looked good, and lasted a few weeks.
