He completely knew the questions to ask. I felt he knew me on day one as though I had been going there for weeks. Though I was exhausted after my one hour session today, I felt SO much better when I left. I am scheduled for seven more visits. I am completely confident that Tyler will get me over this. BONUS: My 9:00 am appt began promptly at 9:00 am. I appreciated that they are respectful of my time.

As a patient, I would not appreciate going to a Doctor and having them switch physicians on me and NOT notify me beforehand. I think the same goes for pretty much all the medical professionals one uses. You have a relationship develop and you do not want any surprises. Although the "replacement" therapists I'm sure were qualified, it is inconsiderate to have them changed and not give the patient the opportunity to agree to the change or not.
