I attended my first appointment on October 22, 2025, liked Dr. Greenbaum and he and I discussed my options for surgery. It appeared that on the day on arrived, there was only one office staff member and she asked me to call the next day to set up a date for surgery and pre-op, which I did. She gave me a tentative date of 11/17/25 but told me that she needed to receive an authorization from my insurance, my PCP needed to complete a questionnaire regarding my health and then she needed to make sure the surgical center still had that date available. On November 7th, I phoned the office to inquire on the status of my surgery and pre-op dates, but no one answered the phone, so I left a detailed message for a callback. On November 10th, I hadn't heard from the office, so called again and once again, no one answered the phone. I left another detailed message for a callback with information. When I didn't receive a call from the office again, I left another message on 11/11/25 (yes, it was Veteran's Day), but never received a call back for that message either. I called again on 11/12/25 and left another message, because no one answered the phone, but no one returned that message. At the end of the day, I called and left another message to let them know that I am not interested in commencing surgery with this office, as they will not return calls, which makes me feel unsafe with putting my health in their hands. I never received a call back from this office to this day (11/18/25). I'm not sure what the problem is in the office, but I feel as though they are not interested in providing quality customer service.

We just moved here so its a great comfort to me to know we have you all close. Everyone was so kind and efficient during her 3-day stay. I wish I had all of your names but I just don't, but here's a few of the folks that we wish to say thank you too: -- David Mullins and Jeff Rennie came quickly in the ambulance despite us being in a dark, rural area full of deer. They were kind and comforted mom. -- Kimberly in emergency was very kind and helpful to me too, as it was our first time there and I just did not know where to go. -- The ER staff was great too, including Dr. Scott. -- The nurses were wonderful to mom, as well. I hate it that I don't have all of your names, especially the young lady that cut mom's food for her as that was so sweet. It didn't matter, we still waiting for them "to have beds available" for like an hour!!! I'd hate for someone to have a heart attack or anything serious going on. After we finally got a room, it wasn't private and honestly I was so thirsty but didn't think to ask for anything especially as after they gave me the tiniest cup up water after being there for 4+ hours to swallow my pill for which I never knew why exactly I was taking it until the nurse informed me of an infection the doctor hadn't told me I had yet. The water was so bad tasting!!! Although the staff are sweet, the phlebotomist is like a sergeant and not at all caring or approachable. Honestly, it's like everyone working there is so excited to finish up their shifts they forget you! On top of it, it's soooooo dirty with pee all over the bathroom floor stinking so bad and with there being needles just randomly on the floor, at least one in our room, trash on the floor, and our phlebotomist went to take my blood even though his glove had ripped exposing his dirty hands!!! Yuck
