I tried multiple times to get some service, to get a referral to a specialist. First they gave me a referral no where near where I live and when confronted did nothing. So while it went quickly in the back, it was not rushed. The medical staff was very friendly. I would say aside from the long wait, it was a pleasant visit for an urgent care. I saw a lot of bad reviews on Google about the front staff. I would say they were overly friendly but they also were not rude to me.

I broke down and went to see a podiatrist recommended by my primary care physician. Dr Greg Waller took a couple of x-rays and then sat down with my foot in his hands, cut away at a large callous where my bent toe was pushed up against the one next to it, gave me some gel toe rings to put around the offending toe; That was it! -- No recommendation of surgery (which I was expecting) nor any other sort of $$$ treatment. I was dubious that little bit of treatment would suffice, but there was no more pain! Over a year later I went back with the same complaint and he fixed it again. Now I'm going in every couple of months to have my toenails cut (I can't see well enough any more to do it myself). He asked what do you mean to the office lady and she said Dr. Raisig said he would not be a good fit. They are promoting that they are a wellness clinic specializing in what I listed above in which my husband is suffering from and they turned him away unprofessional and would not let us speak to an office manager. They are located in Ellijay Ga. The office personnel was very rude each time I called to ask why and why could they not at least tell us why and point us to a Doctor that could help. I explained my husband has very high blood pressure and is on 3 different medications for that. The office ladies were very rude and very unprofessional
