Thank you to everyone at Union General Hospital for the great and loving care given to my mother…read moreafter she fell 10 days ago. We just moved here so its a great comfort to me to know we have you all close. Everyone was so kind and efficient during her 3-day stay. I wish I had all of your names but I just don't, but here's a few of the folks that we wish to say thank you too: -- David Mullins and Jeff Rennie came quickly in the ambulance despite us being in a dark, rural area full of deer. They were kind and comforted mom. -- Kimberly in emergency was very kind and helpful to me too, as it was our first time there and I just did not know where to go. -- The ER staff was great too, including Dr. Scott. -- The nurses were wonderful to mom, as well. I hate it that I don't have all of your names, especially the young lady that cut mom's food for her as that was so sweet. Trissi and Miranda were two I met that were kind and we really liked them and appreciated them. -- Thank you to all doctors that checked on her too. Thank you all so much, including those of you whose names I did not get unfortunately. Please forgive me but know you are very appreciated. God bless you all.

Emergency room .... I don't think so. As a cardiac patient who has had several heart surgeries, I…read morecan to the er to be seen for chest pain and tightness which I wrote as my main reason for being there on my info sheet.... It didn't matter, we still waiting for them "to have beds available" for like an hour!!! I'd hate for someone to have a heart attack or anything serious going on. After we finally got a room, it wasn't private and honestly I was so thirsty but didn't think to ask for anything especially as after they gave me the tiniest cup up water after being there for 4+ hours to swallow my pill for which I never knew why exactly I was taking it until the nurse informed me of an infection the doctor hadn't told me I had yet. The water was so bad tasting!!! Although the staff are sweet, the phlebotomist is like a sergeant and not at all caring or approachable. Honestly, it's like everyone working there is so excited to finish up their shifts they forget you! On top of it, it's soooooo dirty with pee all over the bathroom floor stinking so bad and with there being needles just randomly on the floor, at least one in our room, trash on the floor, and our phlebotomist went to take my blood even though his glove had ripped exposing his dirty hands!!! Yuck

I came in with a pinched nerve that resisted dr's meds and had been bothering me severely for over a month. After the first treatment my pain was down to an unbelievable level, and after the second treatment I almost considered cancelling the third, because things felt so much better. I'm glad I went through with it, though, because the pain is TOTALLY gone and it's been almost 3 weeks now. I encouraged her to get on Yelp so I could spread the word!

Another positive about this practice is that the facility is modern, waiting times are minimal and the staff is trained and friendly.
