So I paid $189 for a diagnostic then was going to be charged for a $1,900 service that had nothing to do with my car trying to cut off. "Lacey was nice" but I was not a happy customer and would not recommend this company to any of my family or friends.

I knew what the problem was, it happened when I first bought the truck and Ford fixed it under warranty. It is a well known parts flaw known as cam phasers. And I know it's a major repair, a lot of the engine has to be dismantled to replace the parts. My local shop that does minor work recommended Executive Automotive. He did warn me that they are at times very busy as they do a lot of fleet work for Montgomery county and other companies in the area. I called Bubba at Executive and he said he could work on the truck but it would be a week or 2 before he could get to it as he was so booked up. I was willing to wait, a shop that stays that busy does so for good reasons. After I finally got it dropped of he let me know the problem was the cam phasers and he could replace them and gave me a very fair price, almost $1700 less than the Ford dealership down the road had give me! And that price also included some parts not on the Ford quote like the timing chain. I finally got the call that my truck was ready and was so pleased. Not only did I pay a lot less, I knew my truck was thoroughly tested and running like a new truck. It can be hard to find good auto repair shops that charge a fair price so I am happy that I did. Give Bubba and Executive a try and you won't be sorry.

Run! Phil's car…read morecare has a new owner who is now using a new auto parts store to supply parts. His warranty is offered through AutoZone not the shop. Im told the old owner used to offer it through NAPA.. I had extensive work done to my AC a year and a half ago which is still underneath the warranty I was offered when the work was done. The new owner is now refusing to honor the warranty. They misdiagnosed problems and then billed me. Then after the work was done they told me would get the issue resolved, it still wasn't fixed. I was then quoted thousands of dollars more to have it fixed.These guys are just hands-down, dishonest, the mechanic misdiagnoses and the owner is not honest and will not honor warranties. Don't waste your time or your money with these guys.. they folks at the shop really pushed the fact that they offer parts and labor warranty, I mentioned that it meant nothing considering they weren't honoring the very warranty. I already had in place and their response was it's a new owner and he isn't honoring your old warranty. They have the potential to do better, but it's going to take an owner who decides to conduct business with honesty, otherwise his word means nothing.

My 2013 VW Beetle Convertible had what looked like a serious window leak during a massive rainstorm and on top of that my brake light was out. The dealership couldn't even see me until Thursday! (Today is Monday). Grayson got me in today. He and his master mechanic Tommy personally took a hose to my car to diagnose the leak with no runaround. As it turns out, it wasn't the catastrophic leak I feared. At the same time, Tommy replaced my brake light quickly and efficiently. And, Grayson took great care of me- without a doubt amazing and straight up outstanding customer service. All my problems are resolved. Whew!!!! These guys are honest, knowledgeable, and they actually care. And to top it off, Grayson even identified the likely cause of my heat issue that the dealership wanted to fix the expensive way. All through a quick conversation and review of my car's issues. I'll be bringing my car back to fix that in a few weeks.
