That would have been fine, if it had happened. However, all of our communication happened via Yelp, and I never provided them with a phone number (nor did they ask for one), only the address of the property (which has been redacted in the pictures). And when I checked my phone records there were no calls placed to my phone from the business line listed, nor did they provide me with an alternate number they had called from.

Tech sprayed our front lawn few days ago with weed killer and spray drifted near the strawberry patch. I pulled out 50 plants. Our other reason to stop weed spray--we have a chronically ill dog and do not want her exposed. Apparently the tech told the office when I called to complain the he only sprayed at the curb before reading the work instructions. So why are there dying patched of weeds all over front year? The office said the price is the same for just dry application as it is for both dry and weed control. Also, we have communicated that we have an oddly-shaped yard. Called, showed the techs, even sent a drawing of the yard to Blanchard last year. They continued to treat yard as a square one, not a triangle and missed portions we needed fertilized.

They have killed all of the grass around the perimeter of the house because they cut it so short. They have destroyed several downspouts and have refused to return phone calls and emailed asking for a solution. This is definitely not how you run a business. Do NOT sign a contract with them or you will be locked in to horrible service and unresponsive employees.
