Today I had one of the worst experiences in my life when interacting with the public. I went to @proimagesportswb in Woodbridge, NJ and I was mistreated. I still don't understand why the employee allowed this to be my experience. The video is a little choppy, but I'll help you make sense of it.
We went to @proimagesportswb yesterday and purchased a Tyreek Hill jersey, size Men's Small. We had an amazing experience, we laughed we told stories, the employee wished us well at the birthday party. Today, we returned to exchange the Jersey for a Men's extra Large. The employee in the video examined the Jersey and said, we can't take it back, that's our store policy. I told him, "no one examined the Jersey before giving it to us" I asked him to call the guy who sold it and asked if "he examined it before selling it to us". He told us he wasn't calling anyone and he is sure the man examined it before selling it to us. I told him that there is no way that each of the 200+ jerseys have been examined before being stocked, and he assured me they have been.
I found another jersey on the shelf with a stain and showed it to him. He folded it, and was about to ring me up before I stopped him and said "I just want to show you the stain" He stated "that came from the box it was packaged in".
I laughed at this point. I asked for his name, he didn't give it to me. I asked for his hours tomorrow, he didn't share them with me.
We were told to take it up with management tomorrow. And we will, simply because of the mistreatment. read more
