I have a very special family photo from early 1940's that was yellowed and warped, but was still in decent condition. It's my Auntie and Uncle and my Mom treasured this picture. Meanwhile their own children don't have this precious picture. I posted it on a family group text and they begged me for it. I was so afraid to put it in the mail for 3 reasons: it might get lost, folded, and/or bad weather would destroy it. I also decided to make copies of it so each of the 4 children could have one. So, I took it to Pro Image and he assured me that he would make copies and they wouldn't be yellow. He brought them out when finished and they literally astounded me! The photo quality pictures he made of this aged picture appeared as if they had just been taken today!!! They couldn't be more perfect!!! Also, he quoted me the price before he made them for me and I was shocked at how reasonable they were. I never expected such quality photos for the price. He even went another step further and emailed me a copy of it to send to the family. Thank you, Andy!!! We looked around your store and your work is simply stellar!!! Much appreciated!!! read more

Sorry guys. But I developed over there three times. As much as I wanna like the guy that comes out of the back like you're bothering him, he has the bedside manner of a potato. Anyway, every roll no matter what kind of roll I bring over there comes out looking like a really bad Instagram filter. It's like they set their digitizer to the lowest possible quality. There's no small talk, there's no tech talk, nothing really friendly about the place. I'll be honest. There's just drop off your film m, give your money pick up your stuff and get out. I'm terrible at customer service so I avoid any jobs where I have to talk to people. This is good advice for the guy that works there. If you don't wanna be there, we know you don't wanna be there we can tell. So maybe find a job where you can work behind a computer and you don't have to talk to anyone? Just a thought. I'm going to spend my time learning how to develop at home so thank you for that inspiration I guess. read more

Pro Image West - Their digitizing is very low quality. I'll figure this out on my own. - Photography Stores & Services Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

The #1 spot to get film developed!!! Before I knew about this place I would go to Walgreens and they would take like 2 weeks Now I drop off a camera and it's done within a few hours. I even came to drop off my camera that had our wedding pictures at 4 pm, and it was done before 5 pm the same day! The pictures come out so clear too!! read more

Not a good experience at all !! The man behind the counter was I felt rather rude and dismissive about my photo album ideas for my sons 50 th Birthday !I wish he had just been a bit more friendly and direct me in a kinder way !! I had to leave it was upsetting and not go back ever!I ended up finishing the album myself using walgreens matte turning my old photos into black and white and it turned out so well !! read more

Wonderful and good quality service! The man behind the counter was super helpful my fist visit when I just started getting into film photography. Service is fast and consistently good. When the man behind the counter says I will get my digitals the same day or the day after, it is always received as he says. The photo prints done here are also super good quality (better than Walgreens and Amazon Photo). I've been coming here to get my film developed for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend this establishment! read more

Excellent service. Andy knows photography and quality which I really appreciate. I've sent people here for large prints and I process c-41 120. read more

High quality and lightning fast turnaround! I wanted my daughter's senior portraits printed and Pro Image did such a fantastic job!

Fast and reliable photo developing! (And when I say fast... I mean fast) The guy inside is always nice and makes the drop off very easy. I don't go anywhere else to develop my film, it's just the best! read more

I brought in several older disposable cameras that were laying around for many years. I must of had about 13 or so. They were able to develop them the same day. The employee notified me that they would be available the same day. They were emailed to me later that same day. The employee also informed me that if the disposable cameras weren't preserved over the years in a safe place. That he couldn't guarantee them being successfully developed. Knowing this I still chose to try and get them developed. The price was steep, approximately $198 to attempt to see if I could successfully have them developed. I honestly was only able to get maybe 15-20 poor quality photos developed out of the 13 disposable camera rolls. I'm glad I tried, but I wouldn't do it again because of the price with no guarantee they would come out. read more

This was my first time getting film developed after I was gifted a disposable camera for my birthday. I was first considering CVS or Walmart, but I am so glad I chose this business!!! The employee seemed friendly and made drop off very straightforward. The only question I was asked was whether I wanted digital scans or prints. I went with digital scans. I found pricing to be great and very competitive. It was around $16 after tax. When I was doing research on where to go, I believe Walmart starts at around $10-$12 and I'd have to wait a couple weeks to receive prints back (no option for digital scans not on a CD or USB). Wow!! I literally got the scans in the 20 minutes it took me to get home! I am definitely not a professional but I found the most of scans to be of high quality. The disposable I used had a mid 2024 expiration date, so I did get some lower quality scans as expected (blurry or just grey though it could also be due to lighting or user error). Overall, I'd highly recommend this business and I will definitely be back! read more

I was overall not very impressed. I took a test roll in before bringing some other rolls in. The turnaround time on the scans was great, though I didn't find the scans to be the best. I felt like the resolution and file size was not what was promised. On their website it says that "Medium Size Scans will be standard" and goes on to state that it would be 3089 x 2048 with each image being 18MB. My scans were each about 3MB. I went in to the shop to talk to them and the guy was very dismissive. I decided to not argue and just get my negatives back, which brings me to their policy on negatives. If you go there, be sure to tell them you want them to hold your negatives. I was there 24 hours after I dropped off my film, and the guy acted as though I was lucky he still had my negatives. It's crazy to me that they wouldn't keep the negatives automatically for at least a week.. I will not be going back.. read more

I've been playing with film for almost a decade now living in 4 different cities, and this is the fastest turnaround time I have ever seen! Before coming here, I was waiting anywhere from 3-7 business days, up to 2 weeks, but every time I've sent my film here I've gotten scans back in just 1-2 hours which is unbelievable! For being located in Vegas, I was a little surprised to pay $15 per roll but given recent changes in cost of living and inflation, and the exceptionally speedy turnaround time, I don't find it to be unreasonable by any means. Service is seamless and very quick. Every time I came by I was in and out within 5 minutes. The scans are also great resolution for personal use. Every time I've been here so far I was dropping off at least one roll that ran into some issues (one got jammed and the other someone accidentally opened my camera) but they did a great job at salvaging what was left of the exposures. I'm really happy to have found Pro Image West upon moving to Vegas and am excited to make them my go-to spot for developing film! read more

Got my daughter's portraits on metal frame. And it's amazing! Never thought about getting them on metal frame until I came upon this place. The quality of the pictures are unbelievable. I highly recommend getting your portraits done at Pro image West. Located at 4531 W Sahara Ave Las Vegas, NV 89102 I got three 11x14 at the price of 60 each. I mailed one of them to her grandparents already. They're going to be in for a surprised! I need to get another 11x14 ,as my daughter wants the group photo in her room. The bigger size is 16x20 for 100. I'm so in love with how they came out! It was super quick and easy. Will come back again. read more

I brought some faded and discolored family photos in to be restored. Andy was super helpful and the photos turned out beautifully. The service here is very quick, efficient, and kind. Super quick turnaround time!! I brought in 9 Kodak FunSaver Disposable cameras to get developed that I used on my wedding day. You can either get them printed or sent digital via email to print later. It was $15 per camera for digital or $23 for both. We decided to get digital only and were told that it usually takes an hour to receive or a little longer for the quantity we had. We got them within an hour which was awesome, we were definitely expecting longer! They turned out SO good and some of the photos you couldn't even tell were film, they looked super sharp and crispy. They are a little bit more expensive then other places in town and it was a further drive, but I chose Pro Image West because of their great reviews regarding the quality of their work. I didn't want to take the cheap route and risk the quality of my photos from such a special day. The color of my photos looks SO great and I can't wait to print them and cherish them for years to come. Thanks so much for your quick turn around and great customer service, I will definitely be back in the future for all my film developing needs. :) read more

Amazing service. Got my photos in less than an hour. They have great selection of film and can give you digital prints (which is what I usually want) or physical copies. The price is worth it of the quality. Support small business and stop going to the big brands-- the other places will lose the negatives! The staff will personally ask to return the film to you if you'd like, letting you know they take good care of the film for you. read more

I can't recommend this place enough!! I had previously had a bad experience at another film store where they lost my 35 mm film, so I was a little nervous to get another roll developed. I was in town to visit a friend and chose this place because of all the great reviews. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, and the store rep was more than happy to answer all of my questions. Better yet, I got my digital scans back in less than 1 hour, which is an unbelievably quick turnaround! Only wished I lived in Vegas so I could go here all the time! read more

This place is amazing! I'm in a film camera phase at the moment, and this has been my go to place to develop my photos! I needed a few prints to send out some of my art, so I called around and Pro Image West seemed to have the quickest turn-around time. I placed an order online for about 10 prints, and they were ready within an hour. It was easy and convenient pick-up from their store. So, I also saved on shipping costs. The prints themselves were great quality. They were better than what you can get at Walgreens or Walmart, in my opinion. Especially, if you're looking to print out things in a professional context. As an artist, it is critically important that my work is produced well. So, I was very pleased by the quickness and quality! I'll definitely be using the services again! read more
