I came in for help because I got some sand jammed in the lens cover, so it would not properly close. Rafael greeted me and initially suggested sending it for repairs, for liability purposes. However, he offered to quick look at it and was actually able to fix it himself! He quickly spotted the problem and just gently shook the camera a couple times. And voila, the lens cover completely closed again! Afterwards, he even cleaned the lens because it noticed it was a little dirty. Thank you so much for the quick fix and great service! I searched their camera selection on their website before going, so I knew what I wanted. The store is much larger inside than I expected - large selection of camera's, batteries, camera cases/bags, etc. I bought a digital point and shoot camera from B&C. Salesman was Dave, very helpful with a wonderful personality. When I got home, I didnt open it up for a few days, but when I did, I opened it and started the "set-up" and get familier with it. Then, I realized I bought the wrong camera which was my fault. It was exactly 1 week later from the date I purchased, and returned it with no problem, and bought the correct camera. Met the manager who ok'd the return, and everything was quick and smooth. I even got Dave to help me do the "set-up" on the new camera which only took a couple of minutes. We went here for a professional camera person to help with our Nikon shutter issue. The man started off being helpful but when he was looking for the storage left on our disc he said if we had a Cannon he would know where it was and then boom he deleted all of our photos on the disc! I had a really frustrating experience at B&C. They advertise a "24-hour" film developing service, but it actually took 4 days to get my film back. When I called to ask what was going on, I was told their person doesn't work Sundays or Mondays, so they had to "catch up" on Tuesday. That would've been understandable if I had been told that when I dropped off my film. But I wasn't--if I had known, I would've taken my rolls elsewhere. When I finally picked them up, one roll turned out to be empty--which was fine, it was from a thrifted camera. But I assumed I'd at least get a partial refund or discount since there was nothing to develop. Nope. Still got charged the full amount, which meant I paid for literally nothing. To top it off, the photos I was able to get printed came out at terrible quality. The photos were all cut off, cropped in awkward ways, and looked completely different from the digital scans. I honestly didn't have a single positive interaction or experience here. Between the misleading turnaround time, the lack of transparency, no refund policy, and bad print quality--this was a huge letdown. Would not recommend. read more

B&C allows ZERO returns, and I would avoid this store completely. With the exception of one store sales guy, the rest of the staff is 100% untrustworthy and will do and say anything to make the sale. This is the only decent camera store in Las Vegas, so when I was looking for a backdrop for some studio work, they had some cloth that I thought would be good to buy and use. I used one of what I bought and decided that I really want them after all, so when I tried to return them, I was told they don't offer returns and that all sales are final. Ok, so I buy a lens and get what I want and then return the lens, ok but if I bought a backdrop or usb cable and everything is a final sale.
