    First off I would like to say Lori at the front desk is very kind and professional and we had no…read moreissues with her. However I can't say the same for Jennifer Guevara! From day 1 this has been a nightmare. The day we moved in the home was so disgusting we had to pay to have it cleaned and it was still not liveable. The owner left all of his belongings scattered throughout the home including: his toothbrush, shampoo, dishes, FOOD! You name it he left it. Not only that the entire garage is filled with his furniture, beds, clothes, tables, chairs and everything he owns. We were told he would be removing his belongings in 5 days. Well it's been almost 2 years and nothing was ever removed meaning (we were never able to fully occupy this house)! There was definitely no inspection done on this home to even qualify as a legal rental. The water heater is not even in working condition. We have not had hot water in 3 months. The technician stated this water heater is not within California legal requirements! Per Riverside housing authority we were told not having hot water deems the property unliveable. Nothing was ever done about it! All of this has led to legal action taken. which is currently ongoing! The cherry on top is we have a video of Jennifer Guevara giving my husband the middle finger in the parking lot of the court house!

    We rented one of signature sales and Management properties in the beginning of Covid. We paid our…read morerent every month on time never late for 15 month. In May 2021We discover a leak in the family room ceiling because the ceiling was dry rotted. We called the contact and put in a maintenance request. They sent over a plumber that inspected the property and deemed it as hazardous. they then sent over a restoration company that agreed and had to test to make sure there was no molding and clean the air for 3 days. Finally the insurance inspector came out did his inspection. This went on for a couple months. We contacted the property manager Rebecca via phone and email because the insurance company advised us the owner of the property had to approve the repairs to move forward. I later received an email from Rebecca stating owner has approved the repairs. the next month we receive a 60 day notice to terminate in July and to be out by Sept 2021. I called the agent Pamela Stables and she advised me that once our lease ended we were now on a month to month, which nobody explained that to us. So they were able to serve this notice. So we are now living in a house for 4 months without usage of our bathroom or family room, and we now have to find another place to rent in short notice. As we started looking the market became extremely expensive so we decided to purchase. We called Pamela Stables asking her if we could have a little more time since we now are going to purchase. She called us back to tell us the owner said no extra time. This became very stressful. The termination notice gave us a relocation fee equal to our rent $2700. We didnt find a place until Oct 15th 2021 which made us be forced to rent a much smaller place, put most of our stuff in storage and relocate to an area we didnt want to live in. We are now paying for a storage and rent for a smaller place we hate! Once we moved out we cleaned the property better than it was when we moved in. When we moved in Pamela Stables told us the house was ready to be moved in and cleaned, well that was a lie. The house was very dirty window seals, cabinets, drawers, stove, and refrigerator, walls wasnt painted and nails were left in the walls were the prior tenants hung their pictures. I called Pamela and she then admitted she couldnt find anyone to clean so we hired someone to come in and clean because we were concern of getting Covid. She also advised us they left the nails in the walls because thats where people normally hang pictures, and if we wanted to paint we could , they left paint in the garage. So now we are out the property we find out the real reason for them wanting us to move was to sale the property. They never even offered us an opportunity to purchase it! It sold on Nov 19 2021 for $725,000. :( I received today our move out paperwork with a balance due to them of $293 for late fees and unpaid rent very upsetting just to justify not giving us our $4000 deposit back. They also said we left the house dirty. So Im telling any and everyone DO NOT RENT FROM SIGNATURE SALES EVER! they are horrible and property owners please think twice before you allow them to manage and represent you or your property please read the reviews I wish we had because several people have complained about this company!     There may be some who see real estate agents as commodities, one being no different/better than…read moreanother. They couldn't be more wrong! And this is where Stephanie Janeshak comes in. Stephanie was one of three RE agents we interviewed to handle the SALE of our Corona townhouse. She was the only agent who seemed to have an accurate estimate of the value of the property (one of the other agents was too high, the other far too low) and completely understood the dynamics and nuances of the Corona RE market. That alone would have earned her our business. But Stephanie brings so much more to the table than that! She not only found the buyer herself within two weeks of the home being listed (at a full-price offer!), she recommended contractors to help us update the property prior to sale, as we were out-of-state sellers. But what really stood out is how she was willing (often after hours) to step in and provide on-site services herself (such as watering plants, meeting subcontractors, etc.). That was a tremendous help, and one that we did not anticipate! Kudos to Stephanie for her level of professionalism and customer service!
