Though she wasn't our agent she was the listing agent. Which I paid her fees and commissions as part of the deal. She treated me with complete disrespect on every level of communication. When we called her she continually refused to return calls concerning information regarding the property. We left numerous messages to no avail. Finally I text her and she still ignored our calls. Until I text her that I guess the only way I would get any answers was to show up at the real estate office, which she finally responded with this quote- "I don't have to talk to you" Now there had been no acrimony or terse communication thus far so I am Bewildered at her response. I left a message at the Real Estate office and no one responded there either. To say the least our experience was very un business like and unprofessional.

We kept getting asked let's get into escrow so fast felt like we were rushing. When we finally got into escrow nothing was done what we asked for. The home inspection was done and lots of things wrong with the home. We asked that lots of stuff be fixed. We were told that all the things we asked for were going to be done but it was a lie it was not done. For example the fire place was fixed incorrectly and when we turned it on the fire came shooting out at me and my kids. We were also told a termite inspection was done and come to find out it was only done on the inside. When we moved in the whole house full of termites real slick. Also we still have the lock box on our door sloppy looking no one has come to take it off. So many other things. I spoke to a lead there at the company and why didn't I know she never called us back. I should have known she would for look at the service we got. This is horrible we are sad when we supposed to happy and now trying to figure out this about the termites. I also have to buy Bo cutters to cut the lock box off. They got paid from the sale and left us hanging when I ask about speaking with the seller it's against the law. The manager from Keller said did you do your final walk thru well we are not handyman how do we know if things were fixed we asked if they were fixed correctly And we were told yes and they were not. We were lied to about the termite report this is not right this is our first home and got done like this. Your agent supposed to take care of you make sure smooth landing. Now we are in a bad situation and don't try calling them because they don't care. Trust I tried already and you. The agent did show up to every appt but unfortunately this was done sloppy and my whole thing is they don't care

Well, he disconnected while we were waiting for a very important response from a buyer, and he never told me that he would be logging off over weekends when I signed his contract. Very unprofessional. 3. He quoted me a selling price, but then always took the side of the buyer, even though he is supposed to represent me in the transaction. 4. He is only about the money and does not care about retaining you as a client in the future. He took a top dollar commission, via a dual agency, and then was rude and condescending when I respectfully asked for a discount. To sum up, Eric is a jerk. He has no sense of what it means to be ethical nor does he understand customer service.

WE hired Towers Associates to assess our commercial/retail property at 31497 Outer Highway 10 So…read more.. We bought the property thru legal proceeding in 2006 for $262,000. The appraiser assessed the value the at $400,000. plus. Towers assessed the property 8-2021 for $280,000.. In 15 years he assessed the value to have increased by $18,000 "total". He gave all these fancy explanations, but VACANT commercial land goes for $15 to average $30 a s/f. Now my calculator - worst case scenario,, $15s/f times "Towers" site area (27,694s/f) equals $415,410. Now the good news a parcel listed for sale 2 blocks west and maybe 10,000s/f larger than ours is listed for 1.2 million vacant land on Loop Net. Towers Associates is not worth the $2,500 professional appraisal fee they charged,, no recourse - no one to make a complaint to - SO remember you heard it here first,, Find someone else to appraise your property. We quickly knew TC was the right guy for us, friendly, personable, and just nice. We looked in the areas of Loma Linda and Redlands for about 6 weeks and then decided to make an offer. With his negotiation we were able to get what we felt was a good deal on a home. During the searching process TC was very flexible with hours to show us houses and was very quick to respond to emails (even after 9 pm) and calls. Of course he was professional the whole time. What I liked the most, and what he is still doing after the close of escrow is answering any questions and concerns I have and continues to be nice. In other words he didn't just drop us like a sack of potatoes after escrow closed. Since TC works out of the Keller Williams Realty office he always had backing behind him which is nice and not something you get with people who Realtors on the side. Another great experience we had was just the fact that we felt like TC's only client (of course he had other clients at the same time and was in other escrows). He also never dropped the ball during escrow. Everything was always done on his side and I never had to double check with him. Some people might not appreciate a job well done when there is nothing dramatic but it was clear to me that TC was on his game and because of this helped us close escrow in a record 19 days.
