Stay clear of this company, especially its owner, Eric Hutchins. When you hire him to sell your…read moreproperty, he will tell you about all the great things he will do for you, the highest price, 24/7 availability, expert negotiations, etc. 1. When it comes to performing, he will only show the property to his own buyers to get a double commission. Over a 3 month period, not once did I hear about a potential buyer via another brokerage. I find that very odd and suspicious. 2. He is unresponsive. Disappears on the weekends, because according to him, "I disconnect on the weekends". Well, he disconnected while we were waiting for a very important response from a buyer, and he never told me that he would be logging off over weekends when I signed his contract. Very unprofessional. 3. He quoted me a selling price, but then always took the side of the buyer, even though he is supposed to represent me in the transaction. 4. He is only about the money and does not care about retaining you as a client in the future. He took a top dollar commission, via a dual agency, and then was rude and condescending when I respectfully asked for a discount. To sum up, Eric is a jerk. He has no sense of what it means to be ethical nor does he understand customer service.

So my boyfriend and I decided to submit an application along with pay stubs that same day (was a Wednesday) . I remember Will saying we'd hear back that same Friday . Friday came and nothing . Text Chad on Monday and he stated he was in Arizona that Will is in charge till he returned , so I then spoke with Will he stated he was going to go over our information and give me a call back . He never did. Bottom line is these people are un professional and have poor communication. People are submitting their personal information. I'm sure we were well qualified , even if they had decided to choose someone else learn to keep people informed . Poor service

After speaking to Chad about really wanting a house to rent he actually told me about 2 houses that were coming up for rent. He kept me informed and in the loop and as soon as it was ready he let me tour the home and I ended up renting it. The process was easy. Chad always kept in touch with me. He even painted the walls in the house for me and it turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend Chad Erickson to anyone wanting to rent. He's funny, kind, and very knowledgeable. Even after I moved in he checked on me to make sure things were good and fixed things that needed to be fixed right away.
