First point of contact was with Charlotte Lee, she was kind and courteous. When i explained our situation, that our insured was standing in 5 inches of water in his basement and more coming in due to continued rain she stated that she would be more than happy to get over there that day to help him. She asked me to text her the name and address of our client. I called our client to let him know that she was going to finish up a home review and head right over. She did just that! She helped him move his belongings as well as some valuables that he really would have been sad to lose. they started right away on removing the water and saving his beautiful hard wood. I will for sure be keeping them in our list of contacts for the "God forbid" Scenarios! Thank you for taking care of my insured.

I was connected with Amber who was as helpful as I could have wanted. Instead of having pods delivered at the place we were vacating Amber was able to arrange for them to be staged at their facility so we could load them from our truck without the stress of blocking the loading dock at our apartment. When we were ready to move into our new place we reversed the process and moved things into a truck at their facility since it would have been impossible to stage pods without blocking a busy road. Ultimately, the costs were much lower than had we used one of the other well-known pod companies or even if we'd used a typical storage facility.
