Some of it, I had been told previously that it couldn't be fixed, but they made everything look new and excellent. Lucas, the owner, is a great. He is responsive, stands by his work, and is wonderful to work with. I joked with him that he can never let the guys leave that installed the flooring, because they did such fantastic work. New tack strips were added, and the carpet stretched so perfectly that no shoe moulding will be needed to hide gaps. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Carpet to anyone who wants a first class installation.

I mentioned I would pull up my own carpet to avoid extra fees but when Allen told me the cost for removal I decided to have them do it as it was extremely reasonable. They even offered to help move furniture. Within the week they were onsite to do the job and Allen was right there project managing the crew. It was great to see someone with so much knowledge and expertise right there with the crew pushing them along and getting the job done. Scott was informed Aug 2nd that we have a problem and require that he send someone to fix it. Scott came by and assessed the damage and ordered the necessary material, which turned out to be not enough for the job on hand. To make a long story short the circus dragged on until Oct 06, no communication from P&Q to give us any updates, missed appointments without apologies, etc. We were very disappointed and would not recommend them.

They came out and gave us a competitive bid and where on time for the estimates . Unfortunately, once the crew got started it just got off on the wrong foot. I came home early to find them cutting the floor without any fans running nor any finished areas protected from dust . This includes fixtures in the room , which then the installer turns on the fan which they covered in dust and promptly threw dust all over the ceiling (which was never cleaned ). Then installer showed us stain color and swore it was the same as our previous ...but turned out to be not even close ....the crew did a great job though installing floor quickly and resetting all appliances ...then we had a few other hiccups and the end result is now a cupping if all the new hardwoods they installed . Needless to say the execution of demo, install , and finishing was quick and looked good besides the poor matching of stain . So , we now have to figure out how to proceed with 3 kids in the middle of a school year ., one with severe asthma, one on two travel sports teams, and 2 working parents . Geesh this is gonna suck ...again Promised Stu I would update this review after they were more than accommodating with an equitable settlement . They completely owned up and were honestly a pleasure to deal with even through all the issues which could not be diagnosed.

Hello, As I rely heavily on reviews, I will be leaving a…read moredetailed one here for Harmony Renovations and Victor Salsedo and Mauro who works with him. As our need was for a new bathroom out of an old closet, we did not need a whole crew. Having Victor and Mauro was perfect. In a world where we all expect life to be like a Joanna Gaines episode, real life has obstacles to overcome, and bumps in the road. The trick is to find someone who will work with you in a friendly manner to over come those obstacles. 1. Victor and Mauro worked in small cramped conditions when it was often hot and they were patient and uncomplaining. 2. When something came up for us or for them, we communicated and worked it out. When I needed them to be done by a certain time due to a surprise party, they made a point to get here early and finish. Later, both were even stung by yellow jackets in our yard!! They continued working despite the swelling!! 3. I changed my mind. I opted for a new vanity, didn't want Schluter strips (that was a whole thing) and decided to tile a part of the bathroom that isn't usually tiled. Victor rolled with it. 4. As my husband is handy, Victor worked with us to allow my husband to do parts, he wanted to do. This is flexibility you don't often find. 5. The price was very fair, kind to our budget. We were allowed to separate out the materials in case we found a good deal. Again, Victor accommodating without complaint. 6. I have never seen a harder worker than Mauro. Victor is no slouch, but Mauro was a force of nature. They worked seamlessly. 7. The tile looks beautiful. We were working with tile that had only one finished edge. That made it challenging. Something had to be redone. Again, Victor did it. No problem. One edge has a slight unevenness to it. I think the Schluter strips would have prevented this, but I opted to not use them, so it's no big deal. My choice. 7,5 Victor and Mauro put in a window. When the window proved to be a little weird, they added some strips to make it look right. 8. Victor pointed out materials we could return to Home Depot, we did and were reimbursed hundreds at the end. I would say, make sure you talk, talk, talk and know what you want and YOU will make your life easier. Would I use Victor and Harmony again? I'm already dreaming up ways to do just that. Don't be difficult. Choose competent people and work with them. Life is not a TV show.
