Ricky and Frankie were nice, and helpful. I'd say I felt less intimidated at the 8.15 class than the 9.30 one that was crowded and felt too fast paced for me. It's definitely challenging and makes me feel very out of shape at times but I'm willing to try it again. It's pretty hype and the owner is young & chill. Their social media content is good too. It appears to be a community but I need more time to feel part of it.

Being a physical therapist I've always struggled with the structure of the classes, how stations were timed and back to back without rest focusing on the same muscle group, which doesn't allow for optimal muscle performance and loss of proper form, but my competitive nature hated to not commit to the challenge. Here, the workouts are balanced and paced, so you can rest when you need to and not rush, so your form is maintained and less risk of injury. Also the vibe is awesome, very fun, relaxed, self paced and supportive. My first class was with Frankie and he was great, not overly hovering when I was okay, but there as soon as I had a question. My new gym for sure! Would highly recommend!!

The facility is poorly maintained, and the overall experience falls far below what members should expect. Many of the machines and other equipment have been out of service for months with no apparent effort to repair them. Several benches and chairs are also broken, making it difficult to complete workouts safely and comfortably. Cleanliness is another major concern. The floors are consistently dusty, the facility feels poorly ventilated, and the overall environment appears neglected. The lack of cleanliness raises legitimate concerns about members' health and safety. The restrooms are in unacceptable condition. They are often dirty, with broken sinks, broken toilets, and one restroom frequently marked out of order. These issues have persisted without resolution. It is clear that this gym is not being properly maintained or managed. A facility charging premium prices should provide clean, safe, and fully functional equipment and amenities. In its current condition, this gym does not justify its membership cost and feels more like a budget facility. Management should address these issues immediately by thoroughly cleaning the facility, repairing or replacing broken equipment, and restoring the restrooms to proper working condition. Given the prolonged neglect and the reduced value members have received, I believe current members deserve a refund or account credit, along with several months of complimentary membership as compensation for the poor experience.

I've trained here consistently through pregnancies, postpartum, and now even with my kids who honestly think this gym is the most fun place to go with me. What makes this gym so special is the perfect blend of professionalism, warmth, and community. Roy and Maytal run this place with a level of passion, expertise, and care that you just don't find anywhere else. The coaching is top notch, knowledgeable, attentive, and always focused on proper form, safety, and long term results. The workouts are the perfect mix of fun and challenging. You leave every session feeling stronger, accomplished, and proud of yourself. No two workouts are the same and the constant variety keeps you excited to show up. Even on the toughest days the energy in the room pushes you further than you thought possible. And the community is truly something special. The members are like family, supportive, uplifting, and genuinely invested in each other's success. Whether it is celebrating milestones, motivating each other during a tough workout or just sharing laughs, you always feel surrounded by people who care. Interval Strong is not just a gym. It is a place that helps you grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. Thank you Roy, Maytal and Livnat for creating a home where we can challenge ourselves, have fun, and feel supported every step of the way. You guys are the best.

The best thing about it that he donated to help people in need at this crazy time. I have since lost a lot more and I feel healthier and happier then I have in a long time. Thank you Roy !!

Super clean gym, wide open space, good equipment and the friendliest and knowledgable team of coaches. I love that there's proper warm up, stretch session AND thorough instruction for technique and form before the actual workout. Too many gyms overstuff their WODs without proper technique or plan and that's when injury happens. I also love that their workouts are well thought out, so there's a chance for growth, and I'm able to come more than 4-5 times a week without feeling like I'm going to get injured. Also, what a great idea to have a WOD app to log your workouts and have the ability to cheer on others and vice versa. It's very refreshing and encouraging. The members here are all super supportive and friendly too. Just the kind of vibe and camaraderie you need when you're going through a tough session. And one thing I think is so important for any gym is attentive coaching, VS definitely cares. The coaches aren't on their phones, doing their own thing or cleaning or trying to close up when you're doing the workouts, they're paying attention to you. I've been to other places, where it's not the case. Anyway, shout out to the awesome coaches like Allison, Ernie, Tarson, Cassandra, Tia and the very friendly owner Chad for making me feel so welcome. I hope this place never changes because I definitely love coming here.

If members choose this gym over other options, it's because a higher level of service, amenities, and overall member experience are being presented. At $100/month, consistency and follow-through matter. There have been recurring issues with amenities that should be addressed more proactively. The ginger/wellness shots are rarely available, basic supplies such as plastic cups have taken weeks to be replenished, and the green towels used for sweat are often slow to be restocked. With the ongoing AC issues, members are encouraged to use the white cold towels to cool down. I also kindly reached out directly by email to raise these concerns. It took approximately one to two weeks to receive a response, and while an explanation was provided, I would have appreciated more focus on the resolution, timeline, and next steps. When the same concerns are being raised repeatedly by members, there should be a clear process for following through. The manager's approach to member interaction could also be improved. Her demeanor can come across as very dry and disengaged. Members may say hello without receiving a response or acknowledgment. In a women-only environment that is built around community and comfort, approachable and consistent leadership makes a significant difference. I'm not someone who wants to bring down a business. I raised my concerns directly first because I believe issues should be addressed through communication and collaboration. Since I did not see enough action afterward, I felt Yelp was the appropriate next step to share my experience. Thank you.
