I asked him if he could replace a corner brick for my ground patio, and touch up grouting around the bricks. I know nothing of concrete and bricks, that's why I needed someone. Two days later the one corner brick he replaced was good, but 3 nearby bricks cracked in half. That one stretch of grouting I wanted touched up was fixed, but new cracks formed as a result of the work completed. I messaged him 09/25 saying roughly more damage has been done than his work was supposed to fix. He asked if he could come Saturday 09/28. I said sure. He never came just asked me what the weather was. So I took a screenshot of the weather for the next 10 days and sent to him 09/30 in the evening, then asked him on 10/03 when he would like to come. Today is 10/05 and I haven't received a message. Today is also a beautiful day, maybe he went to the beach for me!
