Joe did an excellent job as the MC of our wedding reception and accommodated all of my last minute changes. He kept the party rolling and our guests had an excellent time. All of the work I did with them prior to the wedding was super easy and enjoyable. I knew from the first time I got on the phone with Kimberly that they were the ones I wanted to go with. They asked all the right questions and seemed genuinely interested in my wedding. I would highly recommend Music Box and Joe for your wedding or other event. They did an excellent job!

While we had SOME posed pictures, most of them were "in the moment" - this was important for us because my husband isn't a great "posed picture" kinda guy....and you would have NEVER known otherwise when we got them back. ...and the WEDDING! The sales rep took the time to answer all my questions and guide me while I was testing out the camera(s). I seen some folks saying that this place is a bit expensive, I've done months of research, the camera with lens was $500 cheaper than the other merchants asking prices. Overall, my experience at Woodward Camera was great and I'd recommend this place to friends and family members (which I have).

I waited until I had our video and pictures…read morein my hand before submitting this review, in fear this company would somehow sabotage them in spite of me giving my opinion. Swensens is not worth the amount frustration you will deal with in using this company. Here is everything that went wrong. Poor lack of communication after receiving first half of payment for services. No communication and constant missed emails on Paul Swensens part after the final payment. Neither Paul or any of his employees knew 2 days prior to my wedding what we wanted for songs or pictures after we spent hours filling out paperwork and sent it in weeks prior. Photographers Mike and Yolonda threw personal belongings on the floor while photographing and didn't clean up the mess they created. Yolonda also fed herself at the reception before any of my guests had been called up, say at our guests table and ate in front of them. Completely disgusting in my opinion. The DJ ruined my whole day. Eric is unprofessional and way under qualified for working a wedding. 1. He didn't look at our paperwork because he asked before the ceremony what songs we were walking down to and at the reception he asked again for the songs we'd be introduced to and our first dances. 2. The DJ introduced us as "MR. MRS. BLISS" Our last name is BIST 3. He messed up the bridal party song 4. He messed up my Father Daughter dance 5. He did not play the one and only song my husband requested that was highlighted on the paperwork 6. His streaming source is YOUTUBE. 7. His music glitched all night. 8. He still has never apologized 9. His attitude was repulsive The videographer had horrible body oder all night and the photo booth tech had terrible breath. Six weeks passed by after our wedding and I had not been contacted once by Paul about the editing of our pictures, or to extend an apology for our night having so many malfunctions. It took a total of 75 days to have everything in my possession and he edited out the mess up from my raw footage. Sneaky and deceitful on top of sloppy. My friends and family all witnessed everything that went wrong. Several of them wrote a review on their experience. This pissed Paul off. He told me that because of the reviews and opinions of our friends and family, and because of the rating drop on Google, he was not going to compensate us for the DJ's many mistakes. In fact, he said that had we made the reviews go away or said nothing at all, that he would have threw money our way because he had "deep pockets". Paul told us we were lying about everything in this review. The validity of our complaints were not cared for at all. Again, he did not work my wedding but he'll protect his brothers good name at all cost no matter how horrible he is as a DJ. Please don't put yourself in the same position we did. Go somewhere else and spend more money. This clown car company will 100% take your money and ruin your day. Enclosed are several pictures of the amount of communications that went ignored or overlooked. As well, there is a picture of their sad attempt of an apology and a picture of Herb the videographer literally losing it over equipment failures. Lastly I've included a photo of my dress they captured. Off to the right you'll notice my Sketchers flipflop in the middle of the floor. That is the quality of work you get from Swensens. 75 days for them to completely miss this while snapping the photo AND editing.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY!!! I understand they are a small family owned business, but the excuses that came (closing on a house, weekends booked, holidays) and the lack of promising to reedit the pictures and not following through has left my niece so upset. The pictures are not ANYTHING what they advertised on their sites. The saturation was so awful they were either so red or so yellow and GRAINY. We will now pay for someone else to FIX what can be fixed. Also just a heads up...do not count on them to get all the typical shots a photographer should take. The only picture they took of the entire wedding party was the toast. Surely did not think that we needed to say hey get this shot get this shot, etc. They could have re-edited the pictures and sent them to her to make it right...but they did not.
