I start sweating a bit but hey, I'm committed at this point! So I arrive at 1:50 and Amy comes to get me soon after! As mentioned most have been great but I do have to warn other customers that when using wax this may be their experience. I don't take this situation lightly since it was on her face. I would want to see a review with this experience had it happened. My daughter and her friend went without me. I'm still shocked that they made her pay for this burn to her face and took no accountability. This is not cool at all and it breaks my heart that she is walking around like this :/
