The brilliant thing about this shop is the owner who also deals with most of the customer orders. He really knows his stuff and can give you invaluable advice. We were ordering a few items at once but he easily switched his knowledge from ovens, to fridges, to sinks with ease. They arranged delivery and fitting of all the items with care and ease. After consulting the internet their prices are just as cheap as anywhere else.

Whilst outside the 30 day right to refund and return stipulated under the 2015 Consumer Act this is well within the six month period in which it is the retailers responsibility, not the manufacturers, to either fix or replace the item. Gotchs failed to recognize this and told us we had to go to the manufacturer. This is very unhelpful and I'll-informed customer service. This really does need rectifying as Gotchs will lose customers.

Gotch's is an electrical store selling very much what you would expect in the likes of Curry's on Gowthorpe. Gotch's is a family run business that has built up a good reputation amongst the locals not only for its goods but also for it excellent sales and after sales service. The Interior is larger than you would think with a range of house hold appliances as well as ranges in TV's and music. In the past we have brought a freezer and a tumble dryer, and that's even after shopping around for prices. The prices are too similar to bother with the big companies and its nice to support a Selby business over the national stores.

The TV's on sale are pretty impressive to say the least and not surprisingly they were quite expensive. Apollo 2000 also sell laptops and to be honest they are well priced. If you are within a 25 mile radius, you can get same day delivery. Staff are top class and they will answer any questions you ask. Definitely worth a visit if you are thinking of buying gas and electrical products.

I rang him when I saw that he had a red Swan washing machine in stock but as Sheffield is over 300 miles away from where we live I wasn't really expecting to be able to obtain the item which I wasn't able to get down south where we live. I wasn't very au fait either with courier delivery services so when Kamran offered to help I was very grateful to him - especially in view of the fact that after I'd arranged delivery with one courier I realised I was going to be charged too much But Kamran, sourced another for me - arranged it & then ensured we were kept informed throughout the collection & delivery from a 5 star courier. Our designer Alix listened carefully to our requirements and made excellent suggestions that maximised the available space. He understood the look we were after and, because of the recommendations, we have an extremely stylish and practical kitchen. No detail escaped their notice: he was very good at gently steering us away from certain misguided notions and enthusiastically incorporated and improved our ideas that worked. What could have been a deeply stressful process was in fact a pleasure. As a result of all the time and care put into the design, we have a beautifully bespoke kitchen. The installation process was smooth. Martin coordinated everything perfectly with our builders - and frankly deserves a medal for his brilliant organisational skills. We did have a problem with one appliance - and while the manufacturers let us down, Kitchen-lab did not. The aftercare was excellent. Alix and Martin continued to work with us and provide us with support and assistance. They were steadfast and ensured the problem was resolved to our satisfaction.
