The service you get from the Sheffield Appliance Centre is brilliant - I only wish all suppliers were like this. Kamran went to so much trouble for us that the customer service we received was quite awesome. I rang him when I saw that he had a red Swan washing machine in stock but as Sheffield is over 300 miles away from where we live I wasn't really expecting to be able to obtain the item which I wasn't able to get down south where we live. I wasn't very au fait either with courier delivery services so when Kamran offered to help I was very grateful to him - especially in view of the fact that after I'd arranged delivery with one courier I realised I was going to be charged too much But Kamran, sourced another for me - arranged it & then ensured we were kept informed throughout the collection & delivery from a 5 star courier.
