Few weeks ago, had a leaking problem on sunroom back of my house and called this person again to fix it. He came to check the problem and gave me a estimate $1100 for 14ft x 24ft sunroom. And we decided to make it for $1000 because I tried to pay in cash. So, we both agreed to fix sunroom roof for $1000 and I was waiting for him for few days but did not show up. I sent text message and called him several times but didn't answered the phone and reply for text message. And I found out that he just blocked my number. The person I was assigned to (Samantha) doesn't answer messages and doesn't return my calls. I was promised last time I called in that the owner would call me back on Monday morning with an update. It is now Thursday and I have all but given up. I'm ok with companies telling me if the project is not for them; I'm just really disappointed that they never paid me the courtesy of giving me an update either way because I have now wasted 45 days waiting for a quote when I could have been getting on with fixing my house. This is not how you run good customer service and not how you run a good business.
