My husband and I are legacy members who recently came back to get in shape for our Son's wedding in November. Rada is the 6:00am instructor who truly cares about her members and their health. She motivates you to do the best of your ability. If you have to modify your workout due to pain in back, knee or shoulder, she will help you with choosing the best exercise for your ability. Don't be scared to join since everyone is friendly and helpful without judging you. Just show up ... you will not be disappointed. The nutrition plan really does work as we have lost a lot of weight following the plan. If you have questions or need help all you need to do is ask. The instructors, owners and members are there to help. It is a good community of like minded good people. I personally never used anything but the gym equipment here because I always come as a guests since my parents are members. They have some interesting process for guest members such as getting their blood pressure taken and I've seen guest clients be turned away temporarily because of it.

Their locker room is just like NYSC, except they have one of those liquids that functions as body wash and shampoo. Those tend to be garbage for your hair, but it was fine for the body.
