Extremely disappointed with the quality of work done by Sutton Paving. Do not expect any…read moreengineering to be done, or even assume basic common sense will be used. I was left with up to 11" of newly installed landscaping walls buried by asphalt and a 10" pitch coming directly towards my garage and entry doorway. Asphalt was also built directly up to my granite tread in the walkway, covering the 6" stone riser; wood trim on the house was even buried with asphalt. Puddles form in front of the garage door as water waits to exit. I was advised this is the best work they could do and I was a picky customer. They offered to remove it free of charge, which I declined due to lack of trust they would do that correctly. I opted to have a more competent company re-install completely; the results are night and day to what Sutton Paving provided. BUYER BEWARE! Do your homework before choosing Sutton Paving.

When he attempted to fix it stated that he did not have the right tool (a Phillips screwdriver it all he needed which he had on him). Almost a year later and does not reply to emails or phone calls, even though U email him every Friday. If I could give a -5 stars I would, WARNING everyone from buying any of his homes.
