There is NO better place to purchase your wood pellet stove. I bought mine from Kirley in 2004…read more This morning I had it serviced, and it looks and works like a brand new stove. Kirley had all my information from 20 years ago, they stand behind what they sell, and their professionalism is outstanding. I'd give them a higher score if I could. Thanks, Kirley!

As a 27 year resident of Mansfield, I've purchased a variety of products from Kirley's. "Back in…read morethe day", stone dust, red brick pavers...masonry stuff. A number of years ago they transformed their dark old office into a nice bright space in order to showcase their pellet stove business. I purchased one of their top of the line stoves about 5 years ago, and run it from October to April. 24 hours a day. On a recent visit, I told them I was having a strange issue with the stove. They told me it was covered under warrantee. The guys came to my house, took the stove to the shop, made the repairs (and a few tweeks) and returned the next day to reinstall. It's back in place, ready to burn! You will not get this service from a big box store.

These people are a bit dodgy. They make one sided appointment and then call you up and say…read moresomethibg like "just calling yiu to remind you of the appointment you made." They did this to me are were snarky and rude about it when I suggested that I, in fact, did make an appointment. Call somebody else to clean your chimney. Anybody else. The answer from these folk below highlights their lack of customer concern. The actual fact is that I was snapped at on the phone by 2 different people all *telling* me that I made and appointment. This is farcical because when they finished my initial service I was fully of a mind NOT to call them back or use their service again. The idea that I made an appointment with them is preposterous. I'm will drop a similar review on Google and related sites so folks know. If the people who were snippy with me on the phone want to send a couple of apologies that would be the proper course of action. Otherwise, avoid these folks like a chimney fire.

I first found out about Hearthside Fireplace & Patio on Facebook in April of 2020. I was interested…read morein one of their Caldera Hot Tubs display models that they were selling at the time. I talked to Sean and he answered all of the questions that I had before I decided to go to their showroom to look at it in person. I stopped by the Holliston store after work in April and I was impressed by every employee in the store practicing social distancing, wearing masks, etc. during the peak of COVID-19. I looked at the hot tub in person and it was everything that I was told it was before I got there. The salesperson was very friendly and answered all of my questions that I had about the Caldera Spas. The salesperson was not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing the same display model a few days later. Josh came to my house to perform a pre-delivery site survey and drop off the electrical service panel a few days after that. A couple of weeks later, the Hearthside Service team came to delivery my new hot tub and install all of the accessories on it. They were all very friendly and cleaned up after themselves prior to leaving. I have had a very positive experience with the purchase and delivery of my new Caldera Spa and highly recommend Hearthside Fireplace & Patio! I can also highly recommend the Service Team over at Hearthside as well. I have had a couple of issues with the my new spa, but that was to be expected as it was a display model and a couple of years old. The technician that comes here is very friendly and always leaves everything exactly as he found it and cleans up prior to leaving. I recently had an issue with the Topside Control Panel on my hot tub which was causing the hot tub to shutdown and the temperature has been below freezing. The heater was unable to operate due to the faulty control panel and I was worried that the water inside of the hot tub and plumbing would freeze leading to more problems. Hearthside was able to get a technician in within the same week to figure out what was causing the issue and what they needed to order. Hearthside then ordered the part and was back here to replace it only a couple of business days later. The hot tub is now good as new. I am very impressed with their service and response. Hearthside was able to expedite the shipping on the new part that I needed even during the COVID-19 pandemic and they were also able to get the technician back here to replace it as soon as it came in. When you are purchasing a new hot tub/spa you want to make sure that the dealer is going to service it after you purchase it as they are the ones that honor the manufacturer's warranty. I can safely say that Hearthside will service your hot tub and honor the manufacturer's warranty if needed. If you're looking for a new hot tub, I would not hesitate to checkout a Caldera Spa at any of Hearthside's locations!
